On 10th Dec, we have booked two tickets for My Mother and sister (with his 1.5 years old son) The booking details are here as follows.

Due to the negligence of the driver in the midnight around 4AM, bus met with an accident near Yeluru.The reason was he was sleepy yet not willing to give the driver seat to other driver. Due to his negligence, speeding bus hits divider and turned towards the other side of the road. and in this process, they waited for more than 3 hrs and Kaveri travels sent another bus which is a non AC And semi sleeper bus. They were supposed to reach Hyderabad by 10:00AM on 11th Dec. But due to the above situation, they have reached the destination and expected to reach by evening 6:30.
The problem here is:
1. Accident due to the driver's negligence
2. Delay in response by the tKaveri Travels
3. Alternative bus services are worse.

Due to the above reasons, My mother got hit on her head. and my sister is not well now as the alternative bus services are very bad and not what we have expected.

I am travelling from hyderabad to shirdi. Already the bus journey was too long though i booked the ticket. During the journey tyre got punctured and driver also don't know what to do. This is really worst maintenance of the operator. Bus number ka53 a 9993. When you are charging so much to passenger you must ensure the security at least. I really struggled alot.

Issues with driver & cleaner behaviour.
This bus is suppose to start by 6.. It was late by 1.30hr.
Bus has no plug boards working..
Driver was rude when i asked for halt.. Driver himself asked me to complaint on the abhi number. When i did he stopped the bus and started arguing loud. Instead he could have stopped for halt itself.

Hi my name is eswar. I’m from hyderabad i’m booking the bus ticket in dhanunjaya travels, and i got a msg from your authorities bus arrival at 10:00pm. As a passenger you have to report 9:45pm only. But now the time is 10:30pm but still bus is not coming, when i’m conctact your bus driver he is saying it takes extra 20mins and this is not a fair, i’m waiting is here still 55mins and i’m fully disappointed against your services from next time onwards i don’t book a ticket in your bus and i don’t wanna refers your travels to friends also, i’m getting so much of irritation about devices and bus driver not given proper response to the customers.

Today we booked ticket from hyderbad to nagpur thru dhanunjaya travel journey: hyderabad-nagpur; coachno:ap 35 v 7777; attendent: ali; contno: [protected]; reptime: 11:00 pm www.dhanunjayabus.com. their are more then 100 no passenger. Without any reservation that to in a standing position when asked him he says buses cancelled asked us to adjust their chareged 1150 for each ticket i hope it not safely to travel because most of people r drunken shouting on each other

We booked 3 tickets from shirdi to patancheru for 7:15 pm but we waited for bus until 11:00 pm. We have waited 4 hours at steps of atm beside sai gangotri hotel in cold weather. Condition of the bus is worst and seat covers are also torn and they were so dirty. Take a serious action on this and my child missed his school and me and my wife missed our office.

I booked a bus ticket from paytm in dhanunjaya travels bus no: ap 35 v 7777. Its clearly mentioned as 2+2 volvo b9r multi axle semi sleeper. But last row in the bus doesn't have these features. Atleast seat doesn't go back even by an inch. Parallel the before row seats comeback to the state, where people in last row doesn't have any space even to put there legs. But the ticket rate charged for all is the same. Its no where mentioned while booking that last row doesn't have multi axle. They misleaded me while booking. It caused me severe back & leg pains. Needed strick fine imposition for misleading the consumer

I booked two tickets on dhanunjaya travels today from secunderabad to visakhapatnam (By paying rs 1660 per each ticket) and they had given secunderabad as boarding point at 7.00 pm. When i calles the travels they told theu are not coming for pickup at secunderabad station and asked me to come near lb stadium, by saying the bus will reach at 9.00 pm. We reached here by 8.00 pm and waited till 9.00 pm. At 9.00 pm we got an sms by saying there is again a delay of 45 minutes. When i called he office they ae very rude and said there is a problem with ac and will come after some time, which is unknown. Please take action on these travels not to trouble any passengers in future. Attaching my ticket details for reference.

I booked a bus from nagpur to hyderabad through dhanunjaya travels vide bus no 0710 on 22/10/2017. The ticket no is tkbj99330978. I has booked for a mercedez benz tri axle ac sleeper 2+1. The departure was at 9:30 p. M. However, we left at 10 p. M. From the first boarding point. Later, the bus was not the one we all passengers had booked. We had paid inr 3000/each for the bus ticket assuming it to be a of a mercedez benz class. We were made to sit in a wrong, stinky bus and also the bus conductors started fighting, when we questioned about the service quality. We asked for the owners number, but they did not give the same. Later at 2 p. M, i being a female, with my co-women passengers, wanted to go to a washroom, but we were forced to do toilets on the road. Also post 2 p. M., the bus's ac stopped working and due to which i fainted and there were mostly senor citizens travelling in the same bus.

We booked different bus and they provides different bus which is not at all good.. The seat is not good and the driver n counducter behaviour is very very rude.. So kindly take action on them..
They didnt send the van for the pickup also.. So negligence.. We have paid extra money for the cab to reach the bus destination.. And the bus people didnt payed us back

Hyd to vizag bus started on 30/9/2017 breakdownand still it didnt reach vizag,, he failed to provide an alternate service at vijaywada after 6hrs of breakdown,, even after ther repair problem recurred in rjy,, useless travels,, becuse this is second time,,, and the bus fitness is too bad,,, travels admin is too irresponsible,, they dont hav a spare bus in event of breakdown

Ticket conformation got to move, while at the time of journey, bus people telling that name is not in the list. For that ticket got the evening one call from dhanunjaya travels that the bus has technical problem so seats has been changed, and for tracking of bus message also came at 8.30pm only.

So what i have to do now

Tkt abrs6160445, i have booked a ticket for my mother from hyd to vizag and the bus broke down near to thuni it seems and there is no responsibility or alternative way taken even by the dhaunjaya admin, bus driver or conductor. They have kept their phones switched off. It really so sick of service they are providing, who is the responsibility if any thing happens in such cases.

As am writing this but i dont have any hopes how will this get addressed

I have a booked a ticket to shirdi and my reporting time was 7.45p.m They said me to report before 15 mins. I am there by 7.00 p.m. we have been waiting for soo long till 9.00 p.m but there is no update on the bus. Here there is guy at paradise dhanunjaya travels, but he is soo irritated and he cant even answer the customers about the bus status. He is soo rude towards the passengers. The services which this site provides is nonsensr and bull ####. They never care about the customers. He was shouting at the van driver infront of the passengers. And atlast they have boarded us in an auto and took us to the main bus. Very disgusting services.
My sincere advice to you friends not to book tickets from this site, please read the reviews and then book a ticket.

We purchased 4 tickets from SHIRDI to Hyderabad, bus is 2 hrs late, they clearly notified in net that there is a dropping point at miyapur, but they went thru ORR and said irresponsible answer. Dropped us at muthangi junction ORR, The quality of bus is very poor, picking up passengers at various points, while booking the travel agent said that we have many dropping points, But they will drop at inappropriate place.

I missed the bus near alwin cross roads then i told them that i'll come to lakdikapool they said ok then i asked them where are you he said panjagutta then i said that i'll try to catch the bus near lakdikapool he said ok but finally i reached to lakdikapool then im continuously calling him he didn't even answered my call untill 12:10... Then finally he answered my cal he said that's your wish he talking rudely like that...

My name is s kiran. I travelled from hyderabad to visakhapatnam on 19 may 2017 in dhanunjaya travels bus, booked from abhi bus.
Ticket number abrs5771191, seats d2, d1.

Suddenly at about 2 am, 30 kms from vijayawada, bus break down. We did not get any response from the bus management. They did not bother to board us into another bus. It really was a very tough time for all o[censored]s (Including a pregnant woman and small kids).

We caught another sleeper bus with high fare till rajahmundry, and from there to visakhapatnam and reached by 1300hrs (Supposed to reach by 0800 hrs).

Now after a numerous calls to abhi and dhanunjaya, i did not get any positive response. They are saying i will be getting only 50% of the fare. Keeping in view the discomfort and mental agony, they should be fined for not arranging any alternative and leaving us behind. But they are now not ready to defray the charges. I had booked a ticket from Hyderabad to vishakapatnam, the bus timings were supposed to be at 10:00PM, I waited till 12.30AM but the bus did not appear. It is a very bad thing for me to go back alone with luggage . safety matters. And this traveler 's driver still did not pick the cal, instead switched the phone off. This makes me very angry being in such situations.

Request is pls dont book any ticket in this travel

Bus no. 3344 ... Now I am traveling from Hyd to vskp...I have 3 gift packets with me... Driver is saying that we are not allowed these cartons ... pay fine 500 per carton... Total 1500... I never seen such a stupid services in my life... These are eating my brain... Not letting me sleep... keep on asking me money...I just don't understand how should I take gifts ... they are saying me to throw it out or else Pay... I said if there is any problem with police I will talk with them... then also they are not leaving...
For sake of money these drivers are playing with me

This is the last time I am traveling in this... Next time I wont enter into this...

I am going to sue this bus owner
