I have a booked a ticket to shirdi and my reporting time was 7.45p.m They said me to report before 15 mins. I am there by 7.00 p.m. we have been waiting for soo long till 9.00 p.m but there is no update on the bus. Here there is guy at paradise dhanunjaya travels, but he is soo irritated and he cant even answer the customers about the bus status. He is soo rude towards the passengers. The services which this site provides is nonsensr and bull ####. They never care about the customers. He was shouting at the van driver infront of the passengers. And atlast they have boarded us in an auto and took us to the main bus. Very disgusting services. My sincere advice to you friends not to book tickets from this site, please read the reviews and then book a ticket. Was this information helpful? | |||||
