Dear Parle Products Customer Care Team,

I would like to report a quality complaint regarding a Parle-G biscuit pack purchased recently.

Upon opening the pack, I observed that the packaging material appeared defective, and an abnormal chemical/phenyl-like smell was noticeable from the pack and biscuits. The smell was unusual and made the product unsuitable for consumption.
