[Resolved] Dharitri Infraventure Pvt Ltd — Flat booking amount refund request

Hi.

I am willing to cancel my booking of 2 cottah Bungalow (A-152), booked as per allotment letter dated 23rd June 2016.
Payment of INR 3, 30, 000 was made against booking the aforesaid bungalow on 19th June 2016 as per Money Receipt No. 72.

I am expecting to book my cancellation request immediately & refund the full amount within 7 days but builder take almost 2 months time to refund.

I am in a financial crunch.I want my refund ASAP.Need help.

Updated by Sanjib Chowdhury Dharitri Royal Enclave Rajarhat Dag No. 1288 & Khatian No. 652 as per the Memorandum O[censored]nderstanding made on 23rd June, 2016 reflects the below information which does not match with each other.Builder is selling bungalows without mutation.

Please help me to get rid of this situation.

Many consumers already have filed cases at Dept. of Consumer affairs(Govt of West Bengal) as Dharitri infra neither refunding money not started the proper construction work. In many projects, this company does not have sufficient land to start project. But it took money from customers . This company does not tell all the terms and conditions before taking money . NO PSU bank approved any of its projects. . It is almost like NARADA-SARADA scam . Till date No PSU bank approved loan. There is also incident of selling same flat twice. Even many customers who booked flat or bungalow at Royal Enclave, suddenly found that the plot what was shown was a fake plot. Company is telling them that the project is shifted to other location. Just imagine what kind of fraudulent activity, this company is doing.

People who are giving good feedback about this company are fake profiles .

Please be cautious.

Hello brother, I have also invested on this project but fortunately they come up to my expectations. I have nothing to complain about the builder or the project. But I can tell you one thing that if you have already made your mind to cancel the booking, go and visit the office in salt lake sector 5 because as per my knowledge they follow the proper refunding procedure and in rare cases I think this happens. You go to the office and get it done. They will never disappoint you with their work. Trust me! I am experienced and so can guide you in this.

Please file complaints in WBHIRA and consumer forum...several people have been cheated by this company.
consumer forum have ordered them to retrun money of two depositors on 1st feb 2019. more cases are coming up. also in WBHIRA compalints submitted.

Those who are cheated by DHARITRI INFRAVENTURE PVT LTD under Electronics Complex PS jurisdiction, they can join a Suo-moto case filed by Electronics Complex PS at Bidhannagar Court. Please go to Electronics Complex PS and add your complaint against DHARITRI in this case. Beside that you may go WBRERA (upcoming), WB Consumer forum, HC etc. Please be united against DHARITRI, fraudster builder.
