We purchased a flat in block 18, Flat number F (a 900 sqft 3 BHK) and paid 440000 in 2 installments of 25000 and 415000.COnstruction is stopped there and they tried to relocate us to another project which we declined. We have cancelled the purchase and a cancellation request was made and accepted .We even recieved a schedule of money to be refunded, but it has been 1 year after the cancellation and no money was refunded.

I have old parents and this is from there saving.lThese cheaters dont care of hard earned money of senior citizens and try to finance their lifestyle with cheating funds.

An agreement of sale or 3BHK 1027sft flat was executed on[protected], but the flat was not constructed at new Royal enclave site at new town opposite of Sukhobristi. We already have paid Rs 20 lac but not yet received any possession of flat.
The co failed to keep words as per sale agreement and denied to refund money and forcefully allotted another flat at tower 32Flat 3A and s MOU was executed on 26-08-20 and the dead line of handing over flat is fixed with in[protected].
But I visited the site but found no sign of construction at the proposed site of tower 32.
Neither the proprietor Suman Jana nor his employee Chandana Nandi receiving my phone call nor replying to my sms Or text of my whatsApp.
I am worried over the total silence of the matter.
Inform me the latest status.

We have booked bunglow project 2+ katha project, later for some reason as we ask for booking amount but not yet received that,
Later a case file against the company but it really still it going on, no idea when it get settled.

I beg to draw your kind attention to the following facts as i want to lodge complaint against m/s dharitri infraventure pvt. Ltd, d/n 51, merlin infinite 8th floor, suite 805 sector v, salt lake city kolkata – 700091:

I have applied for residential penthouse in dharitri universia project, situated at rajarhat, bhagawanpur, south 24 parganas in the names of self (Tarkeswar Prasad) and my, as in 2018 on observing an advertisement of m/s dharitri infraventure pvt. Ltd in the anandabazar patrika on february, 2017.
I have paid 2.40.000 for the said booking of pent house in universia project, which I was supposed to receive in 2020, but they is nothing still, applied for refund, haven't got the refund yet, after years passed and 6 months also passed of return policy.Please help me Sir.

I have booked a flat in dharitri universia long back in 2017. In 2019 they told me that due to some legal issues this project is not working you can claim for your refund. I have applied for refund in September 2019 according to them I will be getting my refund in 6 months I.e March 2020. But till now no initiative taken regarding my refund.

I have booked 2 cottah Bungalow (B-11), Ultra City on 25-Mar-2017 and the handover date was Dec 2019.

Later, it was communicated by Dharitri that there is some issue with the location but all plan, amenities, delivery date etc remain same, hence Dharitri is moving the project to a different location. So the booked bunglow was transferred to (D-76), Royal Enclave, New Town, Kolkata dated 30-Apr-2018.

Since the handover date i.e Dec-2019 was missed and constructions were not even started so we went for Cancellation and asked for initiating refund on 17-Mar-2021.

After so many follow ups, on 01-Apr-2021, it was communicated by Dharitri that "Refund Initiate Form is not filled, hence refund was not initiated. Once the refund form is filled and submitted, the refund schedule will be shared after 6 months from the date of form signed.", which was never communicated earlier.

Even for this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour, I filled the refund form on 19-Apr-2021 and was expecting the refund to be initiated by Oct 2021. But again there was multiple follow ups happened to get the schedule and Dharitri shared the refund schedule 23-Nov-2021.

As per the schedule, the refund is paid in 12th installments and first installment was scheduled on 23-Dec-2021.

On 23-Dec-2021, when the refund was not initiated, again multiple follow ups happend and more than 4 times the dates were changed but till date it was not initiated.

Now I am in a financial crunch. I want my refund ASAP. Need help.

I have booked a 2 kotah bungalow ND04 in April 2021 along with ICICI Bank's pre-approved papers, which was valid still in November 2021. I have paid them Rs, 50, 000 and Rs. 8, 50, 000 in the second lot.

They failed to any documentation and are now today asking for more paperwork to get the loan from some other financial institution.

There are not responding to any kind of communication. Only their sales lady, Sriparna picks up the call sometimes.
After looking into the facts and their credibility, I now decided to cancel this deal and I now need a refund. Also due to the pandemic, my finances are very tight, which I have already informed them.
Now I need to pay for my daughter education. Please help me to get the refund asap.

Myself Anasua Ray and my husband Souvik Nag have given Rs 8 lacs 96 thousands to Dhariti Infraventure Pvt. Ltd. to book a bungalow of 1.5 katha at Dharitri Royal Enclave. In last March we decided to cancel the booking. So we submitted the letter for cancel the booking on March 2021. They told that they will provide the payment schedule after 6 months. But 6 months is over now and we have not received anything yet. Most of the time the phone is not responded. Some times one lady picked up the phone and she is given us one after one excuses.They are just harassing us.

I have placed a booking cancellation request for my 2bhk flat that i booked in the year 2016. They asked me to fill booking cancellation form, which i submitted imminently with all the receipts. It has been more than a year but i have not got my refund. They are not picking my call and not replying to my email. Please help me to get my refund. I have paid rs. 2, 88, 000.

I had booked a 2 BHK Duplex flat (650 sqft ) in Dharitri Universia project on 05th March 2017 by giving cheque with 2 lacs amount. Since 2017 their representatives had been saying project would start soon and I was expecting with thier promising however that project they failed to start and they offered to shift another project Royel enclave but I was not agreed upon, finally I had requested for refund on Nov 2018 thought I shall get refund asap and give this amount to my another loan repayments or other need as these amount really worth for me.

I have been requesting them for last 6 months, many times I visited their office in Merline, Kolkata ..trying to call, sometime use to pick up ...always saying for next month.In their refund request form...said maximum by 6 months I should get refund. Now already 7 months over from refund requested date but still I didn't receive any refund...so for more than 2 years they are holding/ using my money.

I have booked a 650 sq ft duplex in universia project during may 17 paying rs 20000. The agreement was signed in sep 17 after paying another 3 lakh rupees. I waited for six months and no progress was seen. I then shifted to another project of same builder named new royale enclave. Due to my personal requirement i had submitted a cancellation request on 09 jul 18. As per their company policy they have agreed to refund the booking amount after 5% deduction, within six months. Since dec 18 i am contacting them and every time they refuse to pay saying wait for next month. I am sensing fraud, please help.

I had booked a 2bhk flat in the year 2016 and due to some financial reason i placed a booking cancellation request, which the asked me to do. Their employees are too getting changed all the time. Once you talk to a manager, next time he/she will not be there to assist you. Than other manager will tell again same story.

Ltd in the anandabazar patrika on february, 2017.

I have paid the following payments for the said booking of pent house in universia project:

On 02.03.2017 rs. 450, 000/-
On 26.06.2017 rs. 20, 250/-
On 21.03.2018 rs. 1, 00, 000/-

On 31.07.2018 i have compelled to cancel the booking and applied for refund of the above said money as there was no work progress in universia project i. E no legal documents, no mutation of land, no bank approval till then.

As per instructions of their refund-application, the total deposited money will be refunded within a maximum of 6 months from the date of refund-application although they have refunded only 95, 000/- in two slots till the date.in this connection also please note that 6 months have already been passed from the date of refund-application.

I visited various times to their office in person. Also i contact over phone, send letters, emails hundred times but they have not paid in full as per their refund instructions till the date.

I am seriously ill and needs huge money for my medical treatments, which please note.

Under the circumstances you are requested to look into the matter and take proper action so that i may get my balance refunds with interest immediately.

I have booked one bungalow under dharitri construction and paid 300000 INR as booking amount. This agreement was made on 16/09/2018 and there was mandatory condition with it which is written on booking slip as well i.e. My entire booking amount will be refunded without any deduction if i will not get staff loan from UCO bank. When I asked for paper then company has no valid paper to apply for loan neither any approved plan for bungalow nor any converted land paper. When we asked for refund and applied for the same after so many discussion and false promises made by dharitri employee then we got an official mail from company where they agreed that they will refund money in two slots, the first slot was on 12th nov 2018 which has been passed but they have not returned single penny to me. 2nd slot was on or before 12th dec 2018 before this we are supposed to get entire booking amount but even after so many calls and approaching offices, dharitri representatives are regularly cheating us and harassing us. I have all the required evidences for above mentioned facts. We have been deceived by Dharitri infra venture. I have invested my all earn money and time which is very important.

We have booked a flat, residential apartment of 500 sqft. For their universia project at patharghata, newtown, bhagowanpur, west bengal 700135 and have paid 20 per cent of the cost amount i. E. 2, 50, 000. Date of booking was 12th may 2017. However due to their non-sanctioning of projects and delay in their works we have processed cancellation request of which the cancellation paper works have been submitted. But as of now they are delaying to refund the amount as stated on the papers and documented on each paper works between us. Keep on revising the dates and making false promises and not entertaining our phone calls.

The project is in the name of ms bani roy choudhuri who is severely unwell and my father has expired. I need a speedy recovery and refund to be processed with due respect to consumer forums help. Legally we have all paper works and documents in support of the complaint and since this are needed for my mother’s treatment as well. We are completely complying with the company’s terms and conditions but if they are not then we have to seek the first information report & further legal formalities for justice.
