Dhavalrathod — E challan problem

I have recieved a wrong e challan on my vehicle ON 04/11/2020.
Registration number is MH12HH4299.
CHALLAN NO.-PNCCM[protected]

This challan was made in Yerwada as informed to me by a traffic police friend of mine.
But the time when this challan was made I was in LALWANI HOSPITAL SATARA ROAD.
Also attaching a picture of my bike outside lalwani hospital around that time.
Please verify and cancel the challan.
