A brief timeline is as follows:

An order was placed over the call on tuesday and payment was made through a link shared over whatsapp. The executives kept calling until the payment was made. Once done, there was no update/confirmation from their end until thursday morning (After i had to call your support team) and account update with the order summary. The order consisted of pink roses, orchids, and a chocolate cake. On thursday evening, a gentleman called up and informed that fresh pink roses were unavailable at the selected timeslot (10 am to 11 am). As i was particular about the timeslot, he could alternatively get red roses in that slot. The cake was delivered along with the pink rose. The orchid was not delivered. The cake did not have the personal message on it and neither did the bouquet of flowers had anything on it. I called up your support and was informed that the orchids are now unavailable and will be delivered only after 5 in the evening. - the team has decided this and kept it to themselves without asking my opinion on this. I requested the call to be passed on to a senior manager who in turn was very unhelpful in the entire fiasco. (During this time, i may have spoken to the team unprofessionally). Understanding the unhelpful attitude towards the case at hand, i demanded that the partial order that is delivered be picked up and my full money to be returned - which i was outrightly denied. They also asked me to share proof of the missing message on the flowers and the cake. - which is absolutely bizarre. After all this, their team blocked me on all your customer support numbers and completely paralyzed and helpless on this matter. Also, when mentioned that i would raise a complaint on the indian consumer court, i was told to go ahead and do whatever i want.

*Don't order from Vinni if you want to be surprised*

I ordered a cake from Vinni to surprise my mother on Mother's Day. I specifically requested that the cake be delivered without any prior notification so that it would be a surprise. However, when the cake did not arrive, I called Vinni and was told that the delivery executive had tried calling and visiting but no one was home. I was shocked because I had not received any calls or knocks on the door.

I called Vinni back and spoke to a manager and he asked me to order it again and pay again.

I am very disappointed with Vinni's customer service. They did not take the time to investigate the matter and instead just took my word for it that I was not home. I would not recommend Vinni to anyone who wants to be surprised.

Pathetic service and their delivery partners misbehave on calls.
