Dhflpramerica — regarding forgery the company executive.

It is intimated that i was approached by sales executive from your company for having a lic policy. The executive was told by me that i want to have a policy with a term of only 5 years whereas on receipt of the policy documents it was found that the term of the policy namely dhan suraksha was for a term of 20 years. However, the premium for the same has been paid by me amounting to rs. 25000/- pa. The policy bearing number[protected] was issued to me in the year 2012 and all the premiums upto the year 2017 has been paid by me.
Due to the financial constraints i was feeling it difficult to continue for such a longer period of time to pay the premium. So, i contacted a executive sales manager namely karambir singh from your office located at sector-22c, chandigarh and it was told by him that you can convert the policy to dhan sanchay by paying an extra premium amounting to rs. 25000/-. So accordingly i paid premium amounting to rs. 25000/-. But, on receipt of the policy document i found that it is new policy has been issued to me rather than to convert the old policy bearing number 00156024 and the term of the policy is for 16 years. The policy document has been issued to me bearing the number 0545085.
I tried to contact mr. Karambir singh on the given contact number but it was found that the said number does not exist. I also tried to contact the policy agent as mentioned in the policy document mr. Bhushan shah that number also found to be not existing.
It is further submitted that number of times a request has been made on the [protected]@dhflpramerica.com for sorting out this issued but nothing has been done so far.
It was also requested by me to the managing director, dhfl pramerica to look into the matter and to inquire as to why the new policy has been issued to me rather than converting the existing policy to the new policy with lesser term of premium. But no action has been taken the managing director also. The policy document of policy number 00156024 were also taken by the executive sales manager bearing number 00156024 and at present i am not having with me any documents with regard to the above said policy. It was also requested that i may kindly be provided with my original documents for the policy bearing number 00156024 and the amount of extra premium paid in the year 2017 amounting to rs. 25000/- may kindly be adjusted as premium for the year 2018 which was due on 4.7.2018 and was not because it was presumed that the said policy has been converted to the new policy roz sanchay bearing number 00545085. The policy number 00545085 may also be cancelled since it is not possible for may to premium for two number of policies which has been caused by the company executive sales manager, karambir singh of chandigarh branch. The disciplinary action against the executive mr. Karambir singh should also be taken.
