Dhs India Pvt. Ltd. — delay in claim settlement

I swaroop kumar nayak emp id[protected]Dhs card no-so[protected] posted in dena bank cuttack branch odisha.
Sir i have applied for dhs mediclaim for my only son ronak coomar nayak (Who is suffering form multiple neurological disorder since birth) as he has given stem cell
Treatment at neurological brain & spine institute navi mumbai through proper channel to dhs on 12.04.2017 (Ref no[protected] & tracking id-dbo[protected] & on 15.05.2017 dhs request for query. So i again sent all the required documents on 06.07.2017 (Tracking id-dbo[protected]. Till now i did not get any information or settlement of claim. Please do the the needful at the earliest
