Sir/mam I have applied here for the data entry job influencly i have signed the agreement also I have signed the agreement for 13 jan 2019 on but after signing i searched for this company on web but i got many fake reviews even i havnt get any good review and even i havnt get its registered address there was no pic of any company no contact details nthing. So i called to the same person and said that i will not be able to work please cancel my agreement he dont replied even i have texted to him also but he wonr reply. Only i informed him. And the customer service center also. Now after a week an advocate msged me that a case will be filed against you. And he is harassing me. Same thing happened with me and they are charging me for the fake report. Did u pay them amount?
Before siging the agreement proper information is given in the agreement and you have not obeyed the agreement, as per that the details sent to you which loss made by you to company's server kindly follow the agreement and complete the procedure and if seriously you are not agree with the terms and conditions kindly ready everything properly before starting the project. and every thing is legal binding details are provided to you on stamp paper.
AND YOU ARE NOT BEEN THREATNING BY THE COMPANY IT IS JUST COMPANY IS ASKING MONEY FOR WHAT YOU MADE A LOSS AS PER AGREEEMNT IF YOU MADE A LOSS THEN YOU ARE BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME TO BE PAID
