I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the delay in repair of my TCL TV submitted to your service centre.
Service Centre Name: Dial Service Centre Pvt. Ltd.
Product: TCL TV
I submitted my TV for repair on 25th April 2026, and it has been over 4 days now. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have only been told “kal aayega” without any proper update or resolution.
This kind of delay and lack of communication is highly unprofessional and has caused me inconvenience.
I request you to:
- Provide a clear status update immediately
- return the product and refund
- Ensure proper communication going forward

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through the and other legal channels.
