I am given my LG tv for repair due to mother board issue. They charged 6500 + 350(visiting charge) initially and again got issue with in 10 days. Again they took 1500 and repaired(mentioned that 90 days warranty). Second time fitting itself we observed that the picture quality is different than our original tv i.e. which means they provided different TV and they mentioned only Body is different like that. But we are not complained due to its working. But now within 3 months got repaired and they are saying backlight issue(picture tube issue) and have to replace. It will cost 3500 to make ready. When I ask, What about the money which I paid i.e. 8350, that is for mother board service, this is on picture tube issue. So every month some or other reason they will say to violate that 3 months warranty. As per my experience, this company is having worst service and not recommended / no hope on their service. Because 8350 + 3500 which is almost new TV cost I am going pay, and asked them 1 or 2 year warranty, but they are not ready to provide the warranty for at least 1 year. Then again, with in 90 days or less time it may not work (why to spent money).
Conclusion: Don't give your home appliances service to this company, its waste of money / time and we won't get back our actual product, they may give back some other product which may brake in short duration.

My name is Vinay Kumar. My Sansui LED 32" repaired by Dial Service Centre (Person name - Mohan Nishad, Contact - [protected]). He took Rs.350/- for visiting charge and Rs.4, 000/- for display repaired on 06/06/2022 and gave 6 month guaranteed. But after 1 week, same problem occurred and now he wants more money to repair.

Please it is my request you to repair my TV as early as possible.

Sir, I got my tv repaired on 15th March 2020 by Dial Service Centre and paid them Rs 4500. Just within a week it started having same problem. I again call them. But after 2-3 days lockdown has started so they said after lock down we will get your tv repaired. But now they are giving false assurance since last one month. Every time they say within 2-3 days mechanic will visit but no body has visited yet. Now they stopped responding totally. Kindly look into the matter as it seems I was got cheated by them.
