dic govt finance — Cheating int he name of PMEGP Loans

I applied for pmegp loan through One of the executive by name Deepak ([protected]/ [protected]) he took all the documents scan copy and he asked me to pay 6200rs as application charges, and immediately he again rang up to me and he asked me to pay 7000/- ( I did ) he said he will progress the loan with in 2 days as i had some emergency and later when i contacted him on the 2nd day he told me to pay 6k extra to bribe his higher authorities to get the documents processed and that he would get the 3 lakh rupees credited to my account within 5-10 mins, after that 30 mins and it went on...and then he came up up with 3 more thousand i did not have money to pay and he asked me to atleast arrange 1500 and i managed to pay him 1500 because i wanted the loan as i have some emergency... so i have paid him 14500 totally. Before paying the last amount of 1500, he threatened me that if i dont pay 1500 then the loan will be cancelled and no amount that i have payed will be refunded where as he had told me that the file charges of 6200 was refundable and rest bribery. 7000+6000+1500=14500. Am trying to call him and he is disconnecting the call and is not even responding to my Messages via SMS and Whatsapp. His email ID - [protected]@gmail.com Is there someone who could help me get back the amount i have payed him ( 14500) .
