Digicable Global — not satisfied with the services

I am facing problems with the DIGICABLE Set top box. Since, morning it is being showing the same message stating that - Software update in progress Please wait a few moments.

I have tried connecting our local cable operator Mr. Tausif - [protected] is not responding correctly.

My Set Box information:
