      Digicable Global — Why some channels are not telecasted inspire of payments
      Since one month pogo and cartoon network are not being telecasted even after they are in package.

      We have called operator many times for these channels but the reply is - they are not coming from source.

      Why so ?

        Two channels r not coming thought we have its subscription. We r complaining our local operators but he did nothing.

              Local operater does not provides service

              I resides at 15, hem enclave, new subhash nagar, lawyers colony, agra and in this area our service provider name is mrs. Neetu and her no. Is [protected], and unfortunate to say tht 15-20 days i use 2 view my cable in a month.
              I used 2 complain regularly 2 her, and no dues stand on me ever..
              Shall i go 4 any other cable operator?

                  Our set up box is not working since last three days. We called our cable operator but he is not interested in helping us. This is not the first time it has gone out of service. We keep facing issues every two days and are now really fed up with your digi cable. Please do something about it.

                    Hi i am having digi cable two accounts my cable is not working from last 20 days. And it happen every month with me. The person who comes to take the payment takes us for ride. U call him 20 times he will not take your call. My set top box no is 02000bcc1a and [protected]. Every month i pay the amount in time and get harassment i would be grateful if you can help me in resolving the issue.

                      Cable shorted due to heavy lightening and cable operator not responded about change or repair cable box and connection material. Dated 23 september there was a very heavy lightning in our area due to that cable box and connection destroyed. I call many times cable operator person but they were not responded. Due to this problem we will unable to see any channels please direct your subordinates to resolve problem and direct him to change or repair cable box and connection

                      I have submitted my work to hire in global quality chek department and they have provided report. That was my misunderstanding so i had writted negative review. There are my mistakes.
                      They have provided proper response. They have provided all instruction with first work but i missed to notice the details.
                      Worst & misbehaviour service is being given by honey Sharma and operator to me. No response of phone calls and WhatsApp messages. My no. Was blocked by your service provider. I want to say that communication b/w company and customer should not be at the time of payment, it's for forever!

                        I am from jaipur rajasthan. My name is adv manoj. Hamare yaha digi cable ka set of box laga huwa h. Aur pichle 2-3 months se dish nahi aa rahi h proper tarike se mahine me 10 din hi ye aati hogi usme bhi set max, star gold, star plus, zee cinema, aur bhi kahi channel h jo aa hi nahi rahe h. Iski complain mene kahi baar operator ko bhi di [protected] sanjay ko di. Magar wo bhi ab ise ignor kar rahe h aur har bar yahi kahte h kaam chal raha h tik ho jaayega par aaj tak wahi issue h. Jabki operator payment hum se pura aur jo channel nahi aa rahe unka bhi leta h. Jo bilkul galat aur wrong h. Jo channel aa hi nahi raha uska payment hum kyu denge aur aapki service h hi nahi to aapko payment kyu kare. Ise aap resolved kare. Nahi to muje consumer court jaana hoga.

                          Sony channels are not coming in my tv..
                          Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. There is ongoing match india against west indies. Which we are not able to see. Also these are very important tv channels. It is happening for past few days.

                            Local operator has not provided us with a new set top box even after paying the new connection fees and subscription fees. Now he is not attending the calls also as well not providing us the channel selection form as per the new TRAI'S rules.The services are very poor. Many channels too do not have volume / sound. The local operator also tells lie. Please tell what to do.

                              Previus 2 month i have got less channel all major channel stoped, but my cabel operator demand rs. 350, he collect 350 rs from me prevous month withaout select any package.
                              And again this month he demand rs 350 wihoout start any package,
                              Pls do needfull otherwise i wll complaint for further source.

                                We have been facing the problem of poor service from one of your operator space vision cable mumbai, khetwadi. My set up box is not working from past three days and whenever we complaint to them about the set up box not working they say that the server from your side is down and this happens every month one or two times we tell their worker to do something about it but they don't attend our complaint i am sending the message screenshot which i have sent them where my stb code is there please look forward to my complaint and let my stb working.

                                  Is it necessary that we will not select channels today itself local operator will shut down channels. My local operator has shut down my channels. My local operator is not interested n has shut down my major channels. He has taken current mth fees 10 days back. N since then some channels started n once again they are down. So what to do. Whether u can solve it or i have to go for another way. Please so reply. Because our cable operator seems he is not interested in giving any service to consumer. End so pleaae tell wht to do i[censored] can.

                                    I am a subscriber of digi cable services in bhopal. Since long the the airing of ndtv have been stopped on the pretext of instructions from the then bjp govt. Now the govt has changed and i requested the operator to provide me the ndtv channel, but surprisingly he refused to do so saying it is channels policy. Is the channels policy is having approval of trai?

                                    This is the problem of every month, after recharge we keep on contacting the operator but their is no solution from them.And after 10 to 15 days they activate the service and then again next month the problem starts. So please upgrade your service upto the mark or else we have to choose another operator.

                                      The mail service of d2h has been blocked to receive the selected channelslist. After repeated trial to send the message to 566777 as advised. Thus the last date fixed by trai is over. I think all the subscriber to d2h must be facing same problem. I would suggest the govt of india / trai should see to it and instruct the company not to harrasthe custome3rs
