Digipurse — virtual card not working

Hi digipurse team,
I am unable to use my digipurse wallet amount at any online website, my money stuck in wallet, i have tried many times to use the card on different merchants but everytime transaction goes faild due to your wrost 3d secure payment gateway. Pls check the image & tell me how i use my money at other merchant's website.???😠😠😠😠😠
Not satisfied with customer care service, very bad experience with customer care executive, they sad that they can't help me in this. They sad that the only contact to digipurse is pls contact by email. Pls resolve my issue.
