Digital Enterprise (nattashi.in) — cheating by sending wrong item and refuse to refund

I had placed a order for a Kurti 1 nos (Order No. 53855) few days back through www.nattshi.in

Today I received my order through courier on COD basis.
On opening the parcel I was surprised to see that instead of Kurti I received a polyester cloth piece o[censored]tmost poor quality.

The courier person refused to take it back and demanded that it has to be paid as the parcel is opened and he is not responsible for the material.
He said to contact the seller which I tried day long but without any success.
I hereby request the form to kindly talk immediate action as on going through web, I have come across lot many complains of similar nature.
This shows that the store must have committed with full knowledge of what they are doing.

Looking at the store address on the parcel: 75, Ayodhya Nagari, Gujarat, now I have my own doubt about the store as on searching for the address on the web, as there is no such address. The only way shall be to locate through the ip address of the website: www.nattashi.in

This is too bad as the entire nation is moving towards digital nation and if such crimes occur by an Indian seller then we shall be forced to move and deal with foreign / international sites and stores.

Request you to kindly look into this matter and pressure the store to arrange for a refund.
