[Resolved] Digital India Deal — digital india deal offering fraud price and not refund money. | |||||
Digital india deals is a fraud company. The asked me to purchase one item from their website to process the prize. I purchased a watch as shown in the screenshot and after that they said that i need to pay only the gst charge of the price which is rs. 4600/-. I did paid that too. They said once the payment is made, i will get a call from the dispatch department for the prize within 24 hours. I waited for almost 5 days and then the guy who called has no sense to talk with the customer. He said that i need to pay another[protected] rupees for the insurance of the product. I said that i will pay directly to the courier company then he said that i need to pay to them only. I told him that i am not interested in the prize and refund my gst money which i have purchased. He disconnected the call after that. I emailed to their customer care person and everytime i got one same reply from them which is attached too. They are such a liar company.
