[Resolved] Digital India Deal — fraud shopping site | |||||
I got a call from the site and was told that my number got selected in lucky draw where i will get assured price i. E either dell laptop, iphone 7 or samsung phone. And for that i will have to purchase a product. Since the product that i purchased was of 599 only so i dint thought so much but neither i received any info about my purchased product nor the gift. The customer care number given on site was also not working. Fraud fraud fraud site. Please do not purchase anything from this site and disconnect the call right away when u get a call from such site. I tried to reach your customer care many times but the phone number you provided is not reachable.
Also, I have mailed you my concern also.
Hopefully I have received the product but then it is damaged and for that I have shared my concern with your team also and they are saying like, we can provide you the replacement but I have to close this issue and mark it as resolved first then only it will be processed.
How can it be possible.
I can assure you once I l get my product replacement and that in good condition, I can close this issue and mark it as resolved but before that how can I do that.
You just tell me if you have been at my place will u do that?
