Digital Profit Course — no response to refund of extra course fee and course details

Registered for the Digital profit course online on 25 November 19 due to technical issues a double payment through ICICI credit card. I got a response from the Telesales lady named Kajal Mobile.[protected] on 29 November19 stating that I will get a response and need to contact her by 02nd December. Tried reaching her on 3rd December 19 through What's app and phone but there is no response. Also am not getting a response through the login or numbers posted on the website.

Updated by Cheryl43 Made a payment by online credit card ICICI Rs.4980 since the transaction got processed on both attempts and I want to discontinue and request for refund please arrange for refund of 9960 back to my credit card. If bank account no is required I will share the same

Updated by Cheryl43 I received a refund of extra course fee paid. Thanks to Digital Profit course and Mr Ravi for his response. I am also expecting a refund of course fee since I discontinued the course in a week's time. Since there is a 30 days payback agreement im hoping to get a refund
