I had placed an order of itunes gift cards of $25 & $10 on 12th august 2019 but still, i have not received my itunes gift cards. They used to send itunes gift card keys through mail within a few hours after ordering. Its almost 2 weeks over but still i have not received the itunes gift card keys

Nobody is being replied after so many mails

I had called to customer service as well but nobody is responding and it is not connecting to customer care as well

Please help me regard this
