Digitalcodes.in — purchase gift card not received

I have purchase microsoft gift card $10 from www.DigitalCodes.in on dated 03.09.2020. My a/c was debited rs.831
I have not yet received any microsoft gift card. I was also check in the site www.digitalcodes.in was not open after the payment is completed.
