These people are big shame on name of running business. They will call you to give big attractive offers by saying that if you will buy product from our website, one gift is assured among iphone, 70" LED TV, etc. Once we ordered a belt worth RS 499, it got delivered and afterwards they called us that your gift is LED 70 inch TV . Big SCAM Attackers asked us to deposit only Service Charges worth Rs 10, 800 something and after 5 days these big cheaters said you need to deposit 12, 000 as shipping charges. When we denied and told we do not need your TV and refund our money. They simply said we will not do it. A BIG SHAME ON YOU AND YOU ARE MAKING A WRONG USE OF "PRIME MINISTER'S DIGITAL INDIA SCHEME", I MAKE SURE THAT I WILL TAKE THIS WHOLE MATTER TO RESPECTED PRIME MINISTER MR. MODI TWITTER ACCOUNT AS I HAVE ALL TELEPHONIC RECORDINGS AND YOU DIGITALINDIADEAL.COM.. BE READY TO GET EXPOSED OR REFUND MY MONEY !!! Steps involved -
We submitted compliant on consumercomplaints.in as well as two or more websites regarding the problem.
We received a call from digitalindiadeal.com customer support team and they told as they have started a new venture, they are trying hard to resolve complaints. But they assured that they will surely help.
Afterwards, we receive lot of follow up from digitalindiadeal.com team for resolving the issue and asked us the bank details and promised to refund money within 3-5 business days.
I dint trusted, but i have received my refund today.
I am really thankful to the team and i understand opening a new business is not easy in this competitive world. I wish you guys all the best.
Apologies if my words embarrassed you but it was about my money which takes lot of efforts to earn.
