Digital India — I am complaining about login shows incorrect

Dear sir
I am ankit patel and i am new on digitize india its shows incorrect login. I am entering true id and password.
When i click on forgot password it shows write email but new password not send to written e mail address.
What i do for that?
There are lots of problem on site so please resolve it as soon as possible also some time it shows aadhar authentication fail
