I, mrs munmun mukherjee had applied for booking of accommodation at varanasi touring officers hostel from 23/11/2019 to 28/11/2019 booking request id being dd19135069. The payment of rs 1650/- for the same was initiated successfully on 24/09/2019 transaction number being[protected] and challan no being[protected]. I regret to mention that till date the status of the booking is being shown as 'not confirmed' in spite of the payment of rs1650/- being successfully made. Kindly look into the matter and make arrangements for the booking status to be displayed as 'confirmed', since the date of my checking in at the above mentioned accommodation in fast approaching.
