Dish Tv Videocon Limited — customer service complaints not resolved

Dear sir,

I am using VIDEOCON DTH services since 2015, my CUSTOMER ID[protected], Mobile No.[protected]. Recently my DTH Cable has disconnected due to heavy wind, regarding that I have been raising a complaints from 14th June, 2019 to till date but nobody had resolved till date. Everyday I am calling to call center, they are saying will send technician with in 8 working hours, but lot more working hours has passed away and no one came till now. Finally Customer Care support team has told me that, here in local customer service provider has closing all the my complaint everyday with the reason of CUSTOMER NOT RESPONDED - but unfortunately no body contact me till date. I request you to please register a complaint on VIDEOCON DTH Services along with (if possible) local service provider also.
