Sir, we have purchased lcd TV model no. 2201 in which company has proposed a scheme of refunding money after expiry of 6 year 11months . Complaint not resolved for more than a month

I had raised a complaint on Nov 16th 2023 for my washing machine and it has still not been attended. The complaint number i got from the customer care is below.

Videocon 50' android tv not working since 4 years and no resolution from the company

We have lodged a complaint for our Videocon 50' TV on 20/8/2019 as it has been not working since 4 years. Everytime we call, we get the same reply that the parts for our tv is not there, as soon as it comes, they will replace it.

Package change request pending from 3 months

I have complained about my package change from 3 months and every time they are saying call on the month end day so we can change the package. When I can on the month end day they say we have changed the packaged and it will reflect next day but again I get the same old package with 30 day lockin and when I call their support they say it's lockin we can't change the package. Led tv Videocon

Am a consumer of Videocon since last 6 years. Never had i any requirement of any service post sales of my LED TV. Of late I have called customer care thrice for an issue with the TV.

I requested for temporary suspension for 90 days for d2h account 98955978 from 10/3 and reducing monthly recharge of primary connection card ending with 28 to 155/ and suspension for secondary connection card ending with 08. Temporary suspension didn't happen for d2h account 98955978

I requested for d2h account 98955978 for temporary suspension for 90 days for both my card ending with 28 and 08 and nodal officer Sarbani Deb informed d2h account 98955978 was suspended from 11/3 for 90 days and card no ending with 28 has monthly recharge of 155/ and card no ending with 08 has been disconnected.

But I checked neither account is temporary suspension it's still active and monthly recharge of 382/ and no change...

DTH Recharge Refund request

Hi,
I had called to the customer call centre requesting to surrender my D2h since i shifted & requested for the remaining balance (3 months worth of recharge amount) as i had made yearly recharge last year.
However, the call centre person refused saying no refund would be provided.

DTH Recharge Refund

I requested to surrender the D2h since i moved. I wanted the refund for my remaining balance of two months as i had recharged for a year.
However, the customer call centre says that no refund would be provided
