i am aryan srivastva from dehradun, i have an connection of d2h. As ducuss on call with d2h customer care executive, i have recharge of six-month packon 27th november 2025.

But due to some technical issue my connection is not active from that days.

I complain so many time but they dont resolve my issue till today.

My recharge amount are going to waste.

I am having trouble with my Videocon D2H box like "c14 :smart card not paired with box" and i called customer care they said they are processing something from there end and nothing happened, than they told me that Technician need to visit and charge 200 rupees. If they repeatedly do same thing with other customers like me, it's a big benefit for Videocon and every Indian who has Videocon they has to pay the amount and think how much amount...

I have faced and registered number of issues with this videcon d2h.
There is no proper customer call center to support.
And people on support do not know how to resolve issues and they blindly disconnect calls.
Simply they keep charging by telling issues with set up box.
They have changed set up box, complete wiring of building and still the same scrap service.

Most of the time signal will off....

I have requested for star sports channel activation and its been more than a week and they haven't done anything.
I have dropped them 3 emails at [protected]@d2h.com and called them dozen times a day from the past 1 week. But still no solution.

I have even tried all different ways to activate the channel as they suggested like giving a missed call on a toll free no with the channel no. But still it is not activated.br...

1. By using rtn and otp. I am getting otp on my rtn [protected] but am unable to login.
2. By email address: i do not remember my password, so used forgot password and entered my customer id[protected]. I get a message on the screen stating that password has been reset and has been sent to my rtn, but i am not receiving the password. Even though i get otp in the step 1 above.br...

We are trying to contact them by mail and phone no but they are not replying to our mails and all the customer care no are switched off. I am using videocon from last one year. There is an issue of message coming on tv again and again shown in subject. On calling customer care they are asking for visiting charges of rupees 200. It seems like they are trying to fool customers by asking so much of visiting charge, as this was not informed earlier that you will have to pay visiting charges.

E30-4: validating smart card 1) please wait for 30 seconds on the same channel to resume services. 2) switch off your set top box and restart after 15 seconds. 3) smart card may not be inserted properly. Insert in the right direction, as indicated in the card. 4) refresh...

I purchased a washing machine on 7/1/2013 and It has 2 Year Warranty and another 2 Years of extended Warranty from the Next Retail Showroom.
