Address: Service Centre @ 74171 15754

I had lodged complaint about error in display and stoppage of air conditioner on start. The authorized service center deputed technician on 23 August 2024 and on inspection lack of gas was identified. The gas was filled and technician returned by taking Rs. 2, 900/- as charges without giving any receipt. Thereafter, it was observed that after operating for 4-5 min. the water is sprayed through the rotating fan. The same was intimated to technician directly as well as authorized service center repeatedly. But in spite of various commitments, the complaint has not been attended till today i.e. 17 September 2024.

      Sir, we have purchased lcd TV model no. 2201 in which company has proposed a scheme of refunding money after expiry of 6 year 11months . Inspite of we sending orignal documents to company did not receive refund. My certificate number is 24536. Kindly look into the same and guide us solution to get the amount refunded. Thanks

          We have lodged a complaint for our Videocon 50' TV on 20/8/2019 as it has been not working since 4 years. Everytime we call, we get the same reply that the parts for our tv is not there, as soon as it comes, they will replace it.

          We have talked to customer care so many times in the past 4 years but no resolution has been done as of yet and now they cut the calls without even listening to our complaints. Suddenly we received a message from your end stating that our complaint is being closed, but our problem is still not fixed! We have called them again and they said that our complaint is still on, but we have not got any solution till now. This is crossing all boundaries.

              Hello
              I have complained about my package change from 3 months and every time they are saying call on the month end day so we can change the package. When I can on the month end day they say we have changed the packaged and it will reflect next day but again I get the same old package with 30 day lockin and when I call their support they say it's lockin we can't change the package. They are repeating this cycle from 3 months and forced a packed on me which I don't want and I have much account balance so they are auto deducting the money.

                Am a consumer of Videocon since last 6 years. Never had i any requirement of any service post sales of my LED TV. Of late I have called customer care thrice for an issue with the TV.
                Every time, the customer care gave me the assurance that technician will call and resolve. To my extreme surprise, no one calls and on calling again they do not have a clue as to what happened with my request.
                Today I called up customer care again, Mr Abhishek Burnwal horrifically said that no technician has been assigned yet for my complaint that i had again logged on 18th June. He did not share any escalation matrix saying they do not have. He also said that no TAT can be given as to when at least a technician will call.
                I have never faced such unprofessional attitude from any other service provider since we use as consumer use many in our daily lives. I don't know if this time also i will get any response but will definitely approach higher authorities to get a resolution being a customer!!

                      Recharged videocon d2h and also made payment for the setup box. There is no service from them even after making the payment. Customer care unnecessarily ask for more payment for service charges. Horrible service fro videocon d2h.

                          I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]]. Since from last 1 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong set top box issue, frequent call denying.

                          Fresh incident is regarding my purchase of Rs. 2199 for which i should get good quality of picture and services but they have not given. Again i have complained to their customer care so many time to change the box but they refused and denied my concern but to which they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in the month of Feb-2023 & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has continuing again

                          As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration . Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we call again they insist to keep the product, they simply avoid to reply it.

                          Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

                          I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                            I requested for temporary suspension for 90 days for d2h account 98955978 from 10/3 and reducing monthly recharge of primary connection card ending with 28 to 155/ and suspension for secondary connection card ending with 08. Sarbani Deb confirmed the same with copy with brajendra.[protected]@dishd2h.com and nodalofficer.[protected]@dishd2h.com. However neither account 98955978 is suspended nor primary and secondary connection is reduced monthly recharge amount.                               Temporary suspension didn't happen for d2h account 98955978

                              I requested for d2h account 98955978 for temporary suspension for 90 days for both my card ending with 28 and 08 and nodal officer Sarbani Deb informed d2h account 98955978 was suspended from 11/3 for 90 days and card no ending with 28 has monthly recharge of 155/ and card no ending with 08 has been disconnected.

                              But I checked neither account is temporary suspension it's still active and monthly recharge of 382/ and no change...

                              Hi,
                              I had called to the customer call centre requesting to surrender my D2h since i shifted & requested for the remaining balance (3 months worth of recharge amount) as i had made yearly recharge last year.
                              However, the call centre person refused saying no refund would be provided.

                              When i am not using the service why should i pay the company ? is it a penalty for me to not use your services ?

                                I requested to surrender the D2h since i moved. I wanted the refund for my remaining balance of two months as i had recharged for a year.

                                  I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a HD Set Top Box I recently purchased from d2h site d2h.com. The Set Top Box was delivered within 2 days and technician was assigned to my request no.

                                  Later, technician called me and said that he can not give connection for recieved setup box. And he did not gave me the proper explanation for this.

                                  I tried to contact customer care to return the box (which is still not activated) but they don't have sufficient information regarding this and did not gave me any solution.

                                  I tried to raise complaint from d2h.com but there is no option to raise a complaint from the non registered number. And also there is no way to return the box which was ordered.

                                  I would like to return and request refund. This is worst service ever seen.
