Koi bhi tellecallers bat nhi karte hai direct call transfer... Bat karenge to bhi hamara sarver down hai or network issues... Etc... N call head sir ko transfer to then call cut... Bus last 2 days yahi ho raha hai...
2 min ka kam hai fir bhi nhi ho raha hai ye log se...coustomer care rakha q hai fir... Or call her bar gujrat mai q lag raha hai ...mum mai 1 bhi videocon complaint call center nhi hai kya...muje to bahot gussa aa rha hai ye log pe per muje ghatiya behavior nhi aata ye log jaisa kya karu mai ab...videocon ka mumbai mai office and kaha hai...?...

From last 3 daya I am trying to teacher customer service to change RTN from old to new. But it is always busy

Dear Sir,

This mail is regarding to my Complaint regarding not activate my package on my other HD Set top Box -Smart Card Number - ********7521 (Model Name - D-SW-6666RF) which i closed on Tuesday 19th Feb. 2019.

I am using multiroom connection - one is SD and Second is HD Box. I was trying to contact customer care from last 10 days and told him that not active Channels on my other box card no.- ********7521 (Model Name - D-SW-6666RF) but no response from them.

Present plan "South Indian Gold sports " not covers my requirement of Tennies Sport viewer for that purpose remove all creket channes.All Kannada channels may be inserted deleting Tamil and Maleyam channels. aap logo ne jo bhi rule banaya hai,
usse to janta ka paisa hi west ho raha hai .. Pehle hum 219/-rs me saare channels dekh lete the,
par ab to 300/-rs se jayada ka recharge kara kr ke b nhi dekh paa rahe hai.
Free channels to aate hi nhi hai.
153/- ka charge bekar me liya jaa raha hai, usme to kuch bhi nhi milta..
Public ka to chutiya bana diya.

I forget my RTN and Customer ID. I didi ot able to recharge my Videocon d2h which card no is [protected] the setup box was switched off last one year no body recharge it so i forget my id and password Or RTN. In view of, I requested that change my RTN old one to [protected] so that i can recharge my setup box Countineously. Please do fast as you can....

Videocon D2H — unable to edit base pack

My Videocon D2H ID is 752079**. We tried to change basic pack several times, but went in vain. They refused us to select FTA channels as per our desire. Out of 100 channels we only get 10 FTA Tamil channels. Also in a-la-carte mode they had added 10 pay channels (other language) without my approval.

We want to choose our FTA channels and edit the selection when we wanted to. But, once selection done, we unable to edit the selection list. In our selection list they choose to add other channels. There is no transparency. Please do the needful....

After my last recharge did it on 2 nd Feb 2019.I have selected chennels and paid amount as per my package and as per told by customer care agent.
But from that same day half Channel are working whereas half channels are not working.
Tried calling your all helplines but issue was not resolved till date.
Need your intervention on this issue.
Feeling very disappointed with Your services.

I am a videocon d2h customer my customer id is[protected]. Since one week i am facing issues with their channels. After selection of channels (Trai rules) i wanted them to add a channel and they said they couldnt add it and i have to do it using their playstore application videocon d2h infinity app or by login in to www.videocond2h.com, i tried doing from both and after several tries throughout the day i could add the channel but my other channels were stopped, again i tried taking other channels and after several deductions of money of each channel i got my channels but from 19.02.19 i cant see...

Sir,
I have given option through App provided in the TV channel By videocon D2h on 5th February 2019. Yesterday they modified my plan which do not match with my selection.As example being Bengali my choice was mainly bouquets of Zee, Star, Sony bengali packs and a few Ala carte. To my astonishment they have modified it in Hindi packs and the help line people are telling that they have made as per my choice.The website of the company also not showing my selection and there is no option to modify. I would like to appeal to take proper action so that the matter can be settled.

Videocon Industries — cheating by videocon d2h over almost a month by different methods.

After the TRAI guidelines the Videocon d2h started their plans to loot the customers.

From day 1 they created login issues while I was trying to enter write catpcha yet it won't let me reach my account.

They don't respond on customer care even we can't get connected easily and if we get connected then they put on hold for an hour or 2.( They don't respond even when the call is paid we wait for hours.)

When I talked to supervisor he suggested to recharge the account from some shop and don't try online from my own account.

I have been calling videocone d2h with regarding the recharge that i have done on 20/02/2019, the services havn't been resumed even as of now, i have kept the set top box on as they always mention but still the result is the same, when i call them phone doesn't even connect . When the call got connected the customer service executive mentioned that it was a techical error and will get fix in 15 minutes, but nothing happened as such . i can't even imagine these kind of pathetic d2h Videocon services provide lately . So whom even is the concerned person i insist you to throw some light on this issue...

Videocond2h platforms service level has gone from bad to worse. It has absolute disregard for consumers and they seem to have shut down doors to reach them and register issues against their service. here are few issues that i have listed below and trying to get them to resolve over the last several weeks but to no avail

we cannot choose our own pack as bouquet option does not work. also many of the bouquets listed in their own site do not appear in the list to be chosen

Videocon D2H — not able to see the channels after paying the channel fee

I am a Videocon d2h subscriber and my account ID is 57261348.My earlier package expired on 8-2-2019. Hence I selected the required channels as per the new guidelines tried to pay the fees online. But before debiting my account it sent a message that " WE WILL COME BACK TO YOU LATER". But they did not turn up. Again I recharged with Rs 100/- but I could view only some free channels. There was no one to take up our call in the toll free number provided by the service provider. Again the recharge amount was expiring on[protected]. hence I recharged with Rs 250/- but till now I could not view even free...

With reference to the above subject my customer id no. Is 74507795. After selecting the channels on line i received the message from you that channels are successfully selected. After selecting i paid amount on 19/02/2019 ₹.239.
After calling several times i have been told there is an error in the computer i can't see the channels what i paid for 101 star plus 103 zee tv and many english movies channels hindi movie channels also.
Please look into the matter as early as possible thanking you raju maru....

We have done d2h recharge of 242/- on 18/2/2019, but still services not started.

And very bad experience of d2h Customer Care, whenever we make call, and
they are saying System is down, call after 30 min.

From[protected] Your customer care executives promises me that your account will be started tomorrow, but till date not started. Due to this I am very very very very unsatisfied on your services.

Kindly resolve my issue, and start the service ASAP.

As per new TRAI guidlines, I was supposed to change/select my d2h plan. I have been trying for the past two weeks and no response from the company

The mobile given +91-[protected] is either not working / if some one picks they are not ready to resolve my issue

The web based portal ( https://www.d2h.com/login.php ) and mobile app are not working - not able to change my plan .
