Sir,
With due honor I am very sorry to inform you that in spite of several representations
to approve and sanction of Rs.18000.00 for operation of CATARACT at Disha Eye Hostital
fixed on 22.02.2017 but it is intimated that Disha has not yet submitted all the requisite
documents as per your requirements.

It is intimated by my Insurance company that Disha is not co operating and not forwarded
My documents to them.

I have submitted all the requisite documents including Biometric Report and every thing
to Disha TPA’s office to the man concerned Madam Hena.

It is not understood why Disha has not yet submitted duly filled Annexure C AS PER
AGREED PPN PACKAGE,

please expedite Disha to receive the same as per your requirement, so that customers are
not harassed due to the negative motivation of the Disha.

Please ensure that my operation is tabled on 22.02.2017 as per scheduled .

Hope your good self will look into the matter and to expedite to Dishaso that customers are
not suffer due to the laps on part of your management to avoid any future complications .

TODAY I WENT TO DO LASER TREATMENT.AT 3.16PM. IT TOOK 3HRS.
The person who did the laser treatment, he told that iam not well so he didn't completed the treatment and said come after 3 week again do all the test and again he will do it.

My question is...
Our time & money re of no value?

Dear Sir.

1. Sel[censored]ndergone Left Eye Cataract operation at Disha Eye hospital, New town, Kolkata on
30 March 21 as cash less package of Rs 26000.00 from Bajaj Allianz Insurance.

2.Claim put up by Disha hospital for Rs 26000.00. However Rs 17500.00 cashless was
approved by Bajaj Insurance as on operation day i.e 30 March 21.

3. Disha Hospital collected balance Rs 8500.00 in cash from me prior my eye operation

4. Bajaj Allianz vide their mail dated 13 April 2021 ( kindly refer below mail ) informed
that Rs 26000.00 ( i.e full package amount ) has been approved and settled.

5. It is regretted to inform that in spite of repeated confirmation from Insurer Bajaj Allianz
to Disha Hospital that they paid to Disha Hospital full Rs 26000.00 and settled the claim on 08 April 21 through Standard Chartered Bank,
Disha Hospital failed to return me back Rs 8500.00 even after my repeated request .
This is causing harassment to 68 yrs old Senior Citizen.

6. Hence it is requested kindly return my Rs 8500.00 earliest.

My mom had cataract surgery last month, but a week later when we had a checkup date, we shared our problem that my mom had a cataract problem and still had a eye issues then the doctor behave so rudely and say what should i do, you can go to another doctor ..they misbehaving with us

    Disha eye hospital, Barackpore although provides good service and is equipped with best equipments, some doctors often are unavailable. May be the doctors are running private clinics in duty hours. Room No. 8, ground floor, Doctor Sougata Basu (DOMS, FCLL) comes from kolkata and always late. That too he remains in Disha hospital, Barackpore for just few hour. Most of the time he reamains unavailable.

      I have contacted over telephone to the help Desk Disha Hospital on the same date at about 5
      PM requesting to supply all the requisite docoments at the earliest accordingly, it is replied that
      it is their business to supply the documents in time and I should not bother for this.
      .
      It is not understood why Disha has not yet submitted, please expedite Disha to receive the same
      as per your requirements.so that customers are not harassed due to the negative motivation of the
      Disha.

      Please ensure that my operation is tabled on 05.12.2016 as per scheduled .
      Hope, your good self will look into the matter so that customers are not suffer due to the laps on part
      of your management and to avoid any future complications .

          On April 2nd My mother had an cataract surgery from Disha eye hospital. I applied medical insurance (UHC Parekh). Authorization amount was Rs. 21000/- for that surgery, but hospital mentioned Rs. 26500/-. In the approval letter o[censored]HC it was clearly mentioned that the hospital can not charge any extra amount from patient other than authorized amount of 21000/-. but on the surgery day hospital charged a amount of Rs 5500/- from me and mentioned the surgery will be on hold if I don't pay. Please help me on getting back my cash of Rs5500/- which was taken illegally. I am attaching "Actual approval letter", "Highlighted approval letter", and receipt of Rs. 5500. Many thanks.

            hi mei patient bol raha hu.mere papa aankh me kam dekhte hai.aur kisi ne hume suggest kiya ki disha eye hospital aacha hai.hum logo ne waha docter se dikhane gaya aur usse pehle humlogo ne appointment liya..jaise hum log waha pauche,meine ek lady se poocha dr.bhowmick kaha baitte hai,unka reply door ki baat unhone humse thik tarike se baat nahi kiya..jo bhi ho hum log chup rahe..uske badh humlogo koi RANJANA madam thi unke pas bheja gya test ke liye,unka behavr shubhanaala...kya hospital hai.humne advance operatn ke liye paisa bhi de diya..ab woh appointment dene ke liya daily nakhra karte hai...yeh kis tarah karah behvrr hai...yeh kya patient ke saath baartao katrne ka tarika hai...
            dusri baat dressing sense itna wahiyat,aisa lag raha hai ki woh patient ko attract karne ke liye baitehue hai...har nurse se le kar docter tak...mujhe mera paisa chahiye woh bhi pura..mere papa ko kuch ho gaya mei case kar dunga..
            humne bahut docterdikhaye usi hospital mei jaise BHOWMICK,SOMALI,RANJANA,BISWASkisi ne thik tarike se jabab nahi diya,same case nurses ka MOUMITA,SHEETAL,SARABJIT,RASHMI,MANAS,PRIYANKA,ANKITA....jisse bhi pooch raha sabka galat jabab...
            mei sirf time ka wait kar raha hu,aaplogo ke receptionst bhi mahan hai,ek se bar kar ek,
            yeh mera aapse request hai kindly isch chizo pe dhyan de.....

            ek aur chiz 10 din pehle meine dikhane gaya tha pehle manas ne bola rashmi ke pas jao,rashi boli manas ke pas jao,phir manas ne bola priyanka ke pas jao,aur priyanka madam nahi the,1hr ke badh aaye..

              this is to say that i am one of thepatient in disha eye hospital..having some fatal prblem i put forth my greivances befr u.....

              their perfrmance is very bad.....their few docters behaviour is very bad....they dnt have any attecates,they are always harrshin the customers in different ways...old and new disha eye hospitals
              1) receptionst in both new and old disha:they are always givin th wrng information i.e they are playin with th patients eyes
              2) nurses are bad:not taking care of the patient and they are playin with patients eye..i dnt knw why...
              3) they way they dressed in frnt f th people:try t attract physically
              4) few names are:ankita,ranjana,somali dev,arnav ,bhaskar, priyanka dutta, partho accounts deptetc....few mr are also available...i didnt remember their name
              5)they try to attract physically
              6) instruments are nt proper.....
              7) each and every patient facin same problem....they are not at all gud......
              so atlast i urge u kindly take initiative as early as posble.............

              i[censored] people wont take initiative then th life will hell fr evey1......EVEN THEY ARE NT RETURNIN TH MONEY OF TH PATIENT....WEN WE ARE ASKIN FR TH MONEY THEY ARE TELLING U HAVE SIGN TH BOND AND LADYS ARE TELLING BY TAKIN TH NUMBER OF PATIENT STAY WITH US......somali ankita and priyanka
