I took my daughter to Apollo Cradle Brookefield place yesterday based on a reference from my family doctor. Due to food poisoning my daughter was dehydrated and she was advised to take fluid. I was provided an option to either take the fluid from OPD or to take the fluid by getting admitted for a better experience and a cheaper option as I had insurance.

While admitting, even though I asked the estimates or estimation sheet, the billing and insurance counter team mentioned that they are not supposed to share that detail with me.

The bill was bloated to Rs 17K+ artificially by doing all tests that were never recommended by doctor, charged documentation charge of Rs 1000+ & adding infusion pump for Rs2000 rental again not advised by doctor and all these were rejected by insurance company citing inappropriate as they sensed that these were non relevant medical expenses trying to bloat the bill. They were smarter than the hospital folks and Out of 17K, they approved only 9K..

When I tried to find the reasoning and rationale behind the bloated bill with billing .and insurance coordinator Some V.. Naik and the lady in the billing counter, they were pretty rude. and asked to speak to the Manager and provided this email ID.' They also told me that they can't spend time on such a small bill amount compared to bills in lakhs which was very hurting/wounding.

We visit Apollo Cradle Brookfield branch most often regarding pregnancy and we use valet parking for parking our 4 wheeler.
We noticed that money missing from globe box around Rs. 300. This is a serious security breach and I want to bring into notice that Apollo needs to take serious action against this....

I Booked maternity package of 1 L at Apollo Cradle Sector 14 and they charged 1, 37, 000. i booked my package in advance but they don't concred and they charged 4000 extra from package if exclude all charges then what benefit give 20, 000 in advance. i am only able to understand changes 10, 500 for tubal ligation rest other changes unable to under most changes and also denied by insurance company.
1. Registration/Admission charged again-2. i already paid some changes in OPD which is 2400+300=2800
2. TPA:-why TPA Changes need to pay by customer they charged 900
3. BP Monitoring:- simple BP Monitoring they Changed 1500
4. Cardiac Screening changes
5. Counselling Care changes,
6. Medical changes:- if we go direct to pharmacy store they are providing 10% hospital buy product from same pharmacy then why not providing that discount to customer.

I am still in the hospital .. it’s 12:20 pm .. I came at 10:20 am here in the morning just to confirm on my pregnancy . The receptionist told me I have to wait for half an hour . It’s already 2 hrs and still when I’m asking the staff is saying “ We don’t know doctor will only call “ which she has been telling me for the 3rd time in a row . If you don’t know anything why to work here then.
Pathetic service .

I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction I had to face at Apollo Children's hospital, Chennai. I am highly dissatisfied at the behaviour of your security staff (old day shift). He doesn't know how to behave with senior citizens. He pushed and trashed my 70 year old father. Such behaviour can't be tolerated at all. We visited you from such a distant place in hope of better treatment but if you behave such with your customer this will not be tolerated. I request you to look into the matter.

Please take action against Dr parchi bhosale and her team from apollo cradle brookefield Bangalore . What these people are doing is whenever a person is cancelling the appointment, team is calling and asking why you have cancel and reason for cancel, even doctor is threatening people to do so.

Myself Ravikiran admitted my wife Mrs.Pooja in Apollo Cradle Jubilee Hills Hyderabad for C-section delivery, she got operated on 3/11/2022.Discharged on 8/11/2022, they have given bill at the time of dicharge but they have not given bifurcation for Rs.1, 30, 000/- charged for package treatment. I request you to please get me bifurcation so that I can claim from my office. I am working in SBI bank for reimbursement they are asking for bifurcation of Package treatment which is Rs.1, 30, 000/-, if bifurcation is not there they will reimburse only Rs.25, 000/-. Before help me in getting the bifurcation bill.

So rude people and inappropriate behaviour of people like Ruchi and Pooja who sell the delivery package at sector 14 gurgaon branch at apollo cradle

We booked for maternity delivery package around 27 dec2022 at sector 14 branch in apollo

Later somehow due unforseen circumstances we could not able to proceed with the same hospital for delivery and opt for refund or adjustment of booking amount. But so insensitive people Rich and Pooja denied for any kind of such thing.

I believe it is the right of the patient to avail the services specially in case of maternity with any hospital and hospital cannot deny to refund any amount whose services were not availed.

My baby deliza mahajan 10 months old got admitted in apollo hospital amritsar for chest infection .but doctors ankush khanna and nursing staff were only interested in making they were not concered about child .Even after treating child for five days they could nt cure her even 1% .Moreover they kept babt in icu for 2 days in which there was no nursing staff.behaviour of staff was so rude .Dr ankush khanna treated child with steroids which...

I was sold a delivery package deal by apollo cradle hospital kundanahalli which advertised as part of the package they would also provide me the birth certificate for my baby from bbmp. Knowing this I had filled the form soon after the baby was delivered along with his name. During discharge I enquired about the certificate and I was I informed it will take 45 days and I would be intimated via sms. Today it's 2 and half months and no message/call and I walk into the hospital to enquire and I am handed over a certificate without the baby's name and asked to pay Rs 1000 to get his name added. This is cheating. I rather suggest apollo to put a board saying please pay thousand rupees towards hospital charity. Anyway the staff also works as though they are providing some charity to us. It's only the doctors who are good in the hospital.

I have taken maternity package from Apollo cradle, Brookfield by paying Rs 9999 /- . Due to certain emergency I was travelled to other city and my baby got delivered there. Same has been informed to package management team(Harini and Irine) before travel it self and requested to cancel the package. They told to return the coupon, So I have returned all provided coupons the same day.

Since last 4 months I am struggling to get my money refund which I paid at the time of booking. After repeated call and message to Package management team still not getting any positive response yet. Everytime getting the same Casual reponse is - We are awaiting management approval to process for amount refund.

While I paid the amount, within fractions of seconds money deposited to your account but its time for refund why I need to wait this much time. Its not expected from a brand hospital. Really Out of my expectations.

We have undergone treatment for Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Apollo Cradle "Shafi Mohammed Road, Thousand Lights, Chennai 600006".

We have chosen the package for the treatment.
While claiming the amount with Insurance Compay VidalhealthTPA is not accepting package bills for Claiming the Amount, when we request a breakup bill in Apollo cradle but they deined to provide the breakup bill.

As per the hospital policy, they have provided the bill amount for the package. They were given the certificate that “treatment was done on a package deal basis No split UP”. I’m fed up with speaking Vidal health insurance, Please kindly do the needful.

I'm suffering lot to claim the amount.

Three payments were done in succession since gpay transaction failure was reported by apollo cradle Karapakkam receptionist.

On follow up it was found that the transactions were actually successful and chargeback could not be raised from HSBC since the receiver(apollo cradle karapakkam receptionist) is not sharing the failed transaction details.

On the other hand, HSBC has informed us that the transaction was successful and the money had been debited. If any refund has to be claimed, it is the merchant(Apollo cradle) which has to do it.

GPay acting as middleman is unable to do anything in this case.

I am Kiran M Khemkar, father of a 6 months old daughter named Shanaya K Khemkar, My daughter was born in Apollo Cradle Koramangala Bangalore on 1feb2022.
FYI - All the vaccines till 14 weeks was given in Koramangala with proper guidance and support(thanks to DR.Mamatha R)
I visited Apollo Cradle Karapakkam Chennai branch on 2aug2022 for 6th month Influenza-1 and Typhoid Conjugate Vaccine but instead the doctor gave MMR-1(which is to be given on 9th month according to Immunization schedule given by Apollo Cradle itself) and Typhoid Conjugate Vaccine.

When asked the same thing to DR.BANU K, she responded that a new version of Influenza is in September so it is ok to exchange(this was later when i consulted one of my paediatric friend and cross enquired Banu Mam --- any other normal person would have missed this and would have missed giving influenza-1 vaccine itself).

My point here is - first place why did this mistake happen? and how safe is it to give MMR-1 3 months earlier than prescribed.
Secondly why is the Apollo cradle not maintaining uniformity across all branches (example in Karapakkam i had to go to pharmacy and the vaccines which is not the same case in koramangala)
Thirdly the nurse who so ever was there was handling the baby rudely while giving the vaccine and height/weight check.

This is the failure of Management as well as the doctor who has vast experience(one of the reasons why i choose her).

I underwent day care procedure on 27th May. Dr Rashmi patil did and tissue sample was taken for tests. Insurance co settled the complete bill. Now hospital people asking me to pay again for HPV virus test for which they haven't given me the report. They claim that by their mistake the test charges were not included in the bill.
If this amount would have been included the insurance company would have cleared.
Now for the staff mistake why should I be penalized, Kindly advise your staff accordingly.

My newborn was admitted on 13 Dec and discharged on 14 Dec. Apollo Cradles Kondapur, Hyderabad. Is yet to provide me 10K refund of advance. The timeline is 7 days for a refund but now its been 20 days.

When I call, the staff mentioned I will get a refund tomorrow and there was some internal issue.

I got Semen Analysis done at your Apollo Cradle in New Gurgaon. The report was not at all matching with my previous 3 reports and hence I went for a re-test at Dr. Lal labs. This time my reports were matching with my previous reports. I am not sure why do you guys charge 1500 for the fake report when Dr. Lal did the same in 360. This is seriously fraud that you guys are doing.

May be this is being done to attract more customer to your IVF center which you are running there. The more you show people in-fertile, more chances of getting a customer. May be I am wrong but I am raising this complaint to know what is the root cause of the faulty report. I have mailed the local hospital many time but no one seems to be responding.

Recently We went for IVF Treatment at Appollo Cradle Amritsar Punjab since Appollo has a very good name in the field of Medical Treatment but we had a very poor experience with the service provided here . We went to consult the Doctor first and we were given the mobile number of a accountant to enquire about various packages provided. Our repeated calls went unattended since she was on leave and the hospital has no alternative accountant available in place of her . Then after 2-3 failed visits to the clinic she asked us to deposit 100000/- by cash for which we were not given any receipt or bill, we got receipt only on the day of treatment . The nursing staff available in the hospital is pathetic to say the least looks like they are working without any knowledge or experience since they don't know how much dose in the injection is to be given to the patient in case of an emergency. They dont know how to put cannula in the arm of the patient they tried it 7-8 times and put the patient under discomfort before surgery. They only speak in Punjabi which every patient won't understand. Our Original medical records and reports were lost during the operation procedure and we have to made to wait for 1 hour with the patient on the hospital gate for discharging since there is no coordination procedure available for discharging between the security, accounts and the treatment staff. We dont recommend this hospital to anyone just for sake of mental harassment which a patient has to suffer during her treatment.

Apollo Cradle brookefield hospital parking facility security guy on duty dated (7th Sept 2021) is very rude in nature. During the pandemic, I personally don't wish for wallet parking as like any other person as the guy will be getting into everyone's vehicle for parking. Especially when you take the nursing kids inside the car, no one will like to have a third person contact as the kids are not wearing masks. I experienced the issue today as I was having 2 kids at car and I was begging him that I myself will park the car. He was that adamant that it cannot be allowed and he was suggesting me to park outside the Compound. When tried calling to the hospital support team over phone, i saddened to hear the same response from the representative. I would say the representative is also as rude as the security guy at the parking entry.
