Disha Eye Hospitals — Doctor not seen the patient OPD booked but he was busy other work

Dr Mrinmoy dey .l booked for OPD. when i book at counter I asked doctor available.yes.
But i wait aprox 1.5 hour but doctor busy another works our emergency nothing for him.so doctor is very irresponsible person.so kindly action against him. Only not i many people suffer for this.
