and one message is showing that please contact to my websiteor tool free number for details but i m not getting any support in this website for solving this problem, this is joint connection of four persons which main consumer name is mukesh kumar .

Dish TV antenna — channels are not running

    sir,
    i have purchased dish tv from Malu sales show room, Gwalior, MP on 19 Jul 08. As iam hailing from Andhra Pradesh I am a viewer of our regional language channels (telugu). I insisted for telugu channels at the time of purchasing of dish tv. The dealer assured me of getting all those channels belongs to telugu language. On the very same day two men from dish tv came to my house and installed the dish antenna. After that they spoke to dish tv dealer (NOIDA) over phone and later asked me to talk to the dealer over my package issues. At that time itself I made clear to that dealer about my stand on telugu language channels. After that he informed me that I fall under Maxi package. I have received all of telugu channels (GEMINI TV, TEJA TV, MAA TV, ETV, ETV2, GEMINI NEWS, GEMINI MUSIC, TV9 AND DD SAPTAGIRI) apart from other language channels. After 5 days I have observed that GEMINI MUSIC CHANNEL AND GEMINI NEWS channels were scrambled. I spoke this matter to our local dish tv complaint cell over phone by spending a fair amount. But I didn't get satisfactory reply from them. And on 31 Jul 08 I received a call from dish tv centre from Noida, and I was informed that GEMINI MUSIC AND GEMINI NEWS channels falls under other catogery and for reception of those channels i have to pay another 30 rupees for a month.

    I have purchased dish tv for 4000 rupees and I was assured for all my regional language channels by my dealer and dish tv agent also. And I received all those channels for 5 days also. Asking for extra 30 rupees per month for those two channels is a clear indication of cheating. Apart from that all those my colleages who have purchased dish tv with same package are getting all telugu channels.

    I feel this is the only forum now I can redress my geivance with dish tv.

    i request you to take up case with dish tv for a favourable ac tion please.

    Gemini music and Aaj tak channels are not coming as I have opted for Silver Pack Southern

    I AM ALREADY BOOKED COMPLAINT THROUGH THE PHONE AGINST THIS PROBLEM WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE.
    BUT EVERY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SAYING AFTER 2.30 HRS IT WILL BE UPDATED BUT STILL NOW I HAVE FACING SAME PROBLEM WHY PLEASE SOLVE PROBLEM URGENTLY OR REPLACE IT.

      Its regarding colors channel which is showing really good serials but y u changed d time of Jaane Kya Baat Hui and now u showing it at 6.30 when only the housewives are available to see and not the working class, it is really a good serial and i[censored] cant change the time then kindly repeat it at 11.30pm U showing Uttaran at 10pm then again u repeating just after one and a half hour the same serial plz.

      Hoping to see the serial soon at 11.30pm (Jaane Kya Baat Hui)

        I have purchased the dishtv STB from big bazar in an offer and paid Rs 200/- for installation on 18.10.2008 and Rs 1590/- on 20.10.2008 for six month subscription to a technician Mr Kailash (Mob: [protected]) on tele-confirmation from service station Dish TV. Till date in spite of more than 50 calls to service stations to Noida, Mumbai and Pune, no action has been taken by firm. Please get the STB activated at the earliest if some sense of service exists is the company.

          Hsbc cards harassing to the customers. Very bad services from their. I made payment cash on 14/02/2009. But in the card statement they did not mention my cash payment and imposed the late payment charges on next statement. Next Mr. Goutam Mukherjee called me over my mobile and threatened me not to mail anything further to you on behalf of the customer.
          But Sir, my customer is stating that since the company is paying no hindrance to the matter she is claiming for a Godown Fare and full refund of the money with bank interest from M/S Whirlpool India Ltd.
          She has been also seeking for a legal advice and a local press conference against the painful incident and careless behaviour of the Whirlpool Service Management.

          Showing my utmost honour to you I would like to share with you a bitter experience of mine for the purchase of a Whirlpool Refrigerator. The refrigerator I bought was not functioning properly from the day I purchased it. I called for your services but it was not satisfactory. In those regards I sent you a mail on Thursday, 30 Jul 2009 10:21:26 IST. After the mail your company did contact me and assured me that the problem would be handled by an expert team of the company. After a delay of few days I again sent you a follow up mail on Sunday, 09 Aug 2009 17:09:44 IST. Finally after several days of harrashments the service personnels admitted that the refrigerator would be swapped with a new one.
          Then on 22nd of September'2009 the local service personnel came with a refrigerator and delivered me. When I unpacked the new one I found that the refrigerator is damaged. They insisted on taking away my old refrigerator but I din't allow it.
          Sir, I am completely astonished and stunned with this fact that whether the Whirlpool Service is trying to befool me or intentionally trying to harrash me! I have made several phone calls on your service centres and spent lots of phone call charges. I have completely lost faith on your company. Is it the way to assure and provide service to the customers?
          So Sir, I finally beg you for your necessary action or I shall be seeking for a legal action against your company.

          Sir, I am a resident of Suri town, Birbhum District, West Bengal. I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator of Model No. DLX11478DLX4S on dated 16/03/2009 from M/S Indonica at Suri. After a few days of my purchase, various problems became prevalent in my refrigerator. Firstly vegetables inside the refrigerator started getting rotten. Then I called for your service on 19/06/2009 vide complain no. KL[protected]. The service personnel came and solved the problem. Just a couple of days after that I found water getting deposited inside the refrigerator. I again called for your service vide complain no.PL[protected]. They came and checked the problem and went away. After that the previous problem of vegetables getting rotten is again back.
          I dont even know what was the matter with your service. Arent the service personnels properly trained! I had never been in such an awkward situation in my life. I am completely loosing my faith on such a reputated company like Whirlpool.
          In these regards, Sir, I would humbly request you to completely change my refrigerator and relieve me from the agony. Looking forward for your kind cooperation and oblige.

            I Subscribed for 2 Dish connections on 26 october 2008...now its 01 December, I still don't receive one of the connections. After numerous calls to the retailer, the service centre and Dish TV customer cares for over a month, the result is still "BUS EK DO DIN MEIN CHALOO HO JAYEGA". They also refuse to refund the installation charges for the one connection. I was trying to avoid taking things to the consumer court, but looks like the only option left. Viewing card no: [protected] and [protected]. Package subscribed: Digimax 6 months no monthly rental offer on both connections (Installation charges apply).

              I went to DishTV distributer "Air Communication Services", Plot No.5, Opp. SBI, MG Road, to get a new setup box remote as my kids broke the existing one. The distributor told me that I have to shell out 200/- for this remote. When I told him that DishTV customer care has informed me that this remote is available across India at a uniform rate of Rs.128/-, he told me bluntly to give a damn about DishTV rates and if I really want to get in 128/- I should goto Delhi and get one from there. Since, I did not agree to overpay, I did not get the remote. When I then got back to DishTV customer Care on 19th Nov 2008 regarding this overcharging by their distributor in Gurgaon, they said they'll take action against him. But till date nothing has happened. They also gave me a list of dealers from where I can get the same remote in 128/-, but these dealers were two steps ahead, they were charging 300 bucks.

              Is there any way I can force the DishTV distributor or dealer's in Gurgaon to give me the remote in the genuine price?

                dish tv is not a poor service ,it is totally failured in service,bcoz dishtv is not able to provide NEO CRICKET. we are indian and love cricketif we cant see cricket on dish tv then it is totally value less and discusting.
                Yes Neo channels are not in Dishtv but we hardly miss any cricket match. As all the ODI and T-20 matches are available on DD, which is available on dishtv and further we miss only Test matches which are very few hardly 3-4 a year, so for 3-4 matches its not a wise decision to go for neo channels which cost Rs.30-40 per month.

                  Dish TV India has a very bad customer service. Average wait time before you get through to a customer service rep is about 20 minutes (I counted). Regardless of the problem they first take you through the routine of getting your set top box ID, your name, phone and email address. After that they make you go through a set of routines in the set top box. In my case all channels from Zee showed no signal but all other channels show fine. Maybe the antennna is partial to signals from Zee television ;-))
                  The rep tells me there is an antenna misalignment and that a representative will come "within 48 hours". Last time the rep never turned up at all. Let's see what happens this time.

                        I have paid subscription for 6 months to the agent of Dish TV, Vivek Vichare (Dealer ID 23179),
                        Mobile # [protected] / [protected] in Mumbai in Nov 2008.
                        Vivek renewd only for 1 month and thereafter he is promising, but not renewing.

                        Dish TV company as well as their agents are bogus, and should not be relied on.

                        the transmission of dish tv is also not upto the mark.
                        'people at large be ware.

                        wonder how shah rukh is advertising for such a company. this spoils his image also as a brand

                          My Problem is I have dish tv two connection. First is main connection (VC No.[protected] ) and second is multi connection (VC No.[protected]). your service is very poor for billing & programme. i want to surrender second multi connection (VC No.[protected]) with immediate effect and refund money adjusted to my main connection (VC No.[protected] ) with immediate effect.
                          Above mention matter i have 30 times to call your customer care call center no.                           I am Dish Tv user and my name is Amit Patel. I want to see both neo channels Neo Sports and Neo Sports+ on Dish TV because both channel have some of great cricket action. I had both channels when I had Cable but since Dish Tv use I really miss those channels.

                          I read that Neo Sports have a long term agreement with tatasky than why not with Dish TV. Dish Tv have 2.3 Million connection and wide rang o[censored]sere. Many Dish Tv user want this channels on Dish TV.

                          Please inform me about your plan with Dish TV.

                          On channel no 115 I get DD National. But the reception is very very poor. Yesterday (23-NOV-08) I was not able to watch the Cricket match between IND & ENG that was being played at Bangalore.

                          I had called your call center no[protected] at 6:30 PM. I was told that your system is under some upgrade & my call cannot be taken. I was asked to call back after 30 min. I waited & called back after 60 min (around 7:30 PM), but I was again told the same reason that the system is under some upgrade.

                          1st time (at 6:30 PM) the customer executive was very un-friendly. His English was very poor. He told me that the system is undergoing some upgrade & I should call after 30 & my problem will be resolved. I was not sure how this person would resolve my problem without even listening to it. I tried clarifying this with him & in return he kept on repeating the same line with louder & more louder & more more lauder voice. I had to tell him to decrease his volume as I can hear normally. It was embarrassing to talk to him. He actually wanted to me to call after 30 min & then he will listen to my problem. Instead he kept on repeating that my problem will be solved.

                          I seriously doubt Dish TVs customer service intentions ? Do you want to shoo away customers ?

                          Back to the issue. Is this also a hidden agenda that I will not see DD National during the Cricket & I have to buy Neo Sports ? Others in my complex were able to see the Cricket match on DD National un-interrupted on their Cable Connection.

                          That SRK's advertise is waste if you also give poor quality video.

                          We have Kannada package, we are not getting the Kannada channels i.e. Channel Nos. 779, 881, 883, 884, 885. We tried number of times to contact your cunstomer service centre but we could not. Therefore I request please rectify.

                          dish tv — Dish tv doesn't show neo sports channel

                          Dish tv is not displaying the current series between india and south africa on the neo channel after paying Rs. 300 per month rent and dish tv sometimes display the screen that we have not paid payment but the fact is I have paid the rent upto march,2010.
                          Well First Neo sports channels are not available on Dishtv, Further i would say It is better that Dish TV is not showing that Neo Sports channels since it will cost around Rs. 45 per month and to pay such an amount when the matches are available on DD is obviously not worth.

                          Neo sports have launched two channels while having very few cricket days only to increase the rates of both the channels. They have very few matches which can be easily accommodated in a single channel. Neo Sports has done it only to increase to increase the rates its channels.

                          Dish TV — Un satisfying Customer Service

                          I had registered a complaint on 23rd July regarding an alignment problem. The overall experience was extremely poor.

                          1 The technician who visited was not even trained on dish tv. So many times he said that he is primarily a LG LCD tech. I had to guide him to the correct screen on settop box menu. He had no compas to align the dish. Why was a untrained, ill equiped technician sent to resolve my problem.
                          2 The visited was a paid visit. I was not provided a receipt, All i was given was a LG Job Sheet. Since when did Dish rename itself to LG.
                          3 I had a similar complaint for 24th June. No technician visited and it was incorrectly marked resolved. Why.
                          4 During tech visit, i called customer service supervisor, using Call me service. Due to connection problem, call got dropped. why was i not given a call back. What is the fun of call me service then.

                            Its very high time i am facing from a multi billion group (Zee Group). My TV is in black out state since 24th October'2008.

                            I have complained first time on 25th Oct' 08. SInce my connection is still in Warranty period, the customer care people said to me that i dont have to pay anything. After few days someone came to my place for repair. They solved the problem and were asking for 170/- service charge plus some charges for connectors...god knows what...

                            I refused them to pay since i was told by customer care, so they removed some part (LNB) and they cut my wire from terrace, two three places.

                            My wife have asked him for job sheet but they refused to give. Anyways my wife copied their few details.

                            I am also facing a serviceless situation after recharging my connection. Customercare says, they would send a person from their end to resolve the issue and I should pay a fee of Rs 15/- per km and service charge. The estimated amount is not known to the custoercare which means if they charge something in thousands, I would be liable to pay! I stopped using DishTV now; thinking of switching over to someother!!!

                              I was frequently having 402 error. I waited till next recharge date and just previous day called dish TV. They asked me to restart the set top box and it started working.

                              Now after 10 days of recharging, they are again airing me the 402 error. The initial advertisement just works fine.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have visit your dish shopee at Yamuna Nagar M/s Prem Electronics. My Set Top Box is not working properly. I have explaied my problem to Mr. Kamal Kapoor. But his wording is " Hum Apke Naukar Nahi Hai, Tum Se Jo Hota Ho Wo Kar Lo. Aur Jaha Se Thik Karwani Hai Karwa Lo. Aur jise Chhae Complaint Kar Sakte Ho.

                                His Behaviour is very roud. I Dont know how is get distributor of Distt Yamuna Nagar.
                                Pls take it Seriously, and Hoping for you just look after such matter . take Strictly action against him

                                  I am subscribed to DishTV India services since last year june 2007 to the VC No.[protected].
                                  We sent a SMS for the subscription of the channel COLORS and we got back the reply that, Rs 60/- will be the charges per month, but we have not still got COLORS and it is showing that we have to send the SMS. The person incharge of DISHTV in Sitapur U.P. has not still turned up to check what is the problem.
                                  So, it is my humble request to INDIA CONSUMER COMPLAINTS to please take some strict actions towards then and do the needful.

                                  i do agree that there are problems with dish tv as the recharge vouchers are not readily available with the dealers and they tend to extract more money by saying that only 2 months or more that 2 months recharge is available . This makes me and other customers like me to think for a change in my tv connection services either switch to Aitlel or tata sky .

                                  I am using dish tv for last more than two years, from day one i am feeling i was cheated by taking this dish tv. the vendor from where i took the connection, 2nd day of my installation we were facing problem in the transmission-spoke to installer, reply from him is " i am getting Rs 200/- from you i can not send and solve the problems every time.first of all installation was done badly, due to that we are suffering for last two years. I must have paid more than 10 attempts( Rs 150/- x 10 + 1500 ) for bad transmission problem-is it a punishment to the end user. Iam sorry to say the people who come for trouble shooting also behaves very badly with the ladies. Improve your systems other wise it will be badly hit by this competition market. There is no proper dealer net work also. my cv no: [protected]. i am thinking that i took a punishment on my own by taking dish tv, when ever there is good events like world cup or some thing transmission failures...why. please check.my mob no : [protected]

                                    I have subscribed to Dish TV STB connection from 05.08.2008. [STB No. 0860ABF23OS03405 : Viewing Card No.[protected]]. I have subscribed to Dish Maxi (Tamil/Malayalam) package and 3 months package charges are paid, which is valid upto mid of November.

                                    The channels were available only upto the last week of September and thereafter most of the channels are not displayed and a message “signal not found” is appearing on the screen. I have been trying to call customer care where I was made to wait for several minutes without any response and the call automatically disconnected.

                                    I have opted for your connection only based on your colourful ads and believing your reputation as a leading service provider. But, your poor response in receiving my complaint itself shows the kind of customer care you are providing. Having paid charges for 3 months in advance, I am frustrated of not receiving a proper service and I am clueless as to how and where to address my grievance.

                                    I expect your proper and responsible action in this regard at the earliest, at least after this mail, failing which I will be forced to seek my redress through due process of law.

                                      sanskar channel is not available

                                      the most watched and preffered spiritual channel SANSKAR is not available on dish tv and this has been a punishment for elder and senior members in our family...

                                      The DTH operator Dish TV is cheating its old customers. At the initial days of their launching they offered a LIFETIME FREE offer for all the free to air channels (excluidng pay channels) via their DTH services about 3 years back. Now from last friday 24th Oct & saturday 25th October, they blocked all these subscribers forcing us to convert to payment basis. When contacted they are telling that LIFETIME FREE means until thier license period. This is a clear act of cheating the customers & forcing us to go for payment basis. I am also one of the cutomers. (CARD: [protected]). I understand there are many affected customers like this.

                                      At the time of launch they give false promises to get the customers. Now they have blocked unilateraly without advance information to the customers, forcing them to pay for the channels. This is a clear case aginst business ethics & trust. Request to conduct an enquiry into this & publish this so that such things are not repeated in future & Dish TV subscribers should get their account activated immediately.

                                      Dish TV DTH — Dish TV is cheating me by blocking FTA channels

                                      The Dish TV people have blocked all the FTA since I have not subscribes for their packages for past one month.This amounts to cheating because they initially promoted their service by adding DD's FTA channels.My set top box is now rendered useless by their blocking since they have changed the software by OTA upgrade and now it can only be used with DishTV platform.In fact they are denying the services I used to enjoy by this shameless act.

                                      kaon setup box — paid channels not working

                                      i was getting the paid channels from 7 th april and when i called
                                      for helpdesk it did not respond so please look into my problem

                                      Dish TV — Blocked Pay channels

                                      VC No [protected] I paid subscription for one full year and after 11 months the services were stppoed.
                                      Despite repeated phone calls and emails till now there has not been any response from the company
                                      This is absolutely true.I brought DishTv during dish freedom scheme which said some channels will be free even after expiry of current package but now they are all gone.Customer Care officials are not responding.
                                      my dish has got same problem.iam not able to view the channels including the free ones.
                                      yeah, dishtv have blocked all FTA(Free to Air Channels) if your subscrption is over.
                                      But here is tip for customers who are using KAON set top box.
                                      When you plug your set top box to current wire & after loading when it displays TIME or 5:30
                                      then press the on/off button from remote 5 times quickly
                                      In some time 5-15 sec you'll see dish interactive & then u can enjoy all FTA channels
                                      It will surely work.

                                      Dear Sir My VC NO. is [protected].I got it renewed on 20/07/09 for six months. The renewal included 172 channels audio&video.But after one month some english channels i.e. mgm star hbo wb are blocked

                                      I just want to tell people around --that before buying a dish TV set top box,
                                      PLEASE .. cheack for the details of the offers...

                                      I took such services so that I can pay ONLY for WHAT I WANT TO SEE>>

                                      they want me to pay them for what I havn't seen, evn they ask for charges for the DURATION >> I saw nothing I MEAN >>> I dropped the connection totally, was not recharging it for I never wanted to see for that particular month,

                                      after a month when I thought to recharge it>>from the web site>> they asked to pay some ammount for the period I never ordered them to provide me any channel.

                                      THEN NOW I finally decided to pay anything for the term I know as ""CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:"""

                                      I 'll go for TATA for they @least look into the customers need, and provied feed back.
                                      Well this might be the case with you,
                                      Further just to tell you if you their offers and terms and conditions Pay only for what you want means that minimum you have to subscribe for a base pack and then you can choose any ala-carte or add on packs based your need and pay for that.

                                      Second you don't have to pay any thing for the period you have not activated your conenction, lets say you have not recharged your conenction for 3 months after the expiry of your subscription and you want to recharge it after 3 months then you don't have to pay for last 3 months. only you have to pay Rs.20 for grace charges. and the amount of package you want to activate.

                                      Air tail dish t. v. — not attending complaint last ten days

                                      I have lodge complaint no. 1215796 4days back regardig not receiving proper signals. the complaint is liying in complent book again i lodge complaint on 16th oct no 1238182 it was told it will resolve till 13.30 (17/10/2009) till no progress. so now I am of the openion customer should not go for air tail dish.

                                      DishTV — programme interruption

                                      i had shifted from TATASKY to DishTV for HD programmes in February 2011. I had a bad experience initially itself with the set-top box and then with the promised two months free offer. Later on HD relay was awful until april. Now since may 2011 there is programme interruption every 10 minutes and the screen displays 'NO SIGNAL'. Their customer care number is impossible to get and their CALL BACK SMS Service is a hoax. I paid twice for their technician vist. The service is pathetic and customers are treated as poop.
                                      same thing is happen with me.
                                      i bought dish tv connection on 8th april 2013.they asked them about free channels.they said that 70 channels r free on all dish tv products except truHD. but now my TV is blank.no free channel is provided by them.
                                      and when i called customer care they said that the offer was expire on 31st march.
                                      if offer was expire on 31st march then why they told me on 8th april that 70 channels are free on dish tv.
