I have raised a complain about the channel showing signal not found i called the customer care and they said the technicians will visit anad chnge the set of box and will charge 200 not for the set of box.. but after the technicians has come he never change the set of box instead he gave us the old set of box of him aand took 300 ok.. after 1 n half month again same problm has shown now i again call them nad they said technician will visit and take 200 for servicible and extra for some parts if its defected.. ok now i paid 400 for this they change the LNB.. again after 1 month now i facing same problem since 5 days and when i call the customer care they again said technician will come and chrge..
No please tell me what is this? Is this a scam of dishtv if they send technician they should make it proper but i have to call again and again aand have to charge .. this is not the way.. i am not going to charge for this again.. i want a new dish tv installation for free because they will keep charging us for useless reasons.
