Sir, I am P.S.Krishnan from Chennai Tamil Nadu a user of of your Dish TV facility for the past 10 Years(VC.No.[protected] with sufficient bance in my Account).For the past one month the reception of Tv Chls started deteriotin, and most of the chls have become unget.I made a complaint in Tel.No[protected]. and properly acknowledged(reqeuest no.[protected]dt.24.8.15, my mob.no.[protected]).Dish TV Technician from DIS H Care Centre SAT Division came at about 8 pm.The person came was most inefficient not with proper tools even without a TORCH LIGHT to cheque the ANTENNA POINT at My Flat Building TERRACE.He could not even open the Input Cable to check the I/P power at first point. I asked him to come in the Day Time with One More Person to assist him with proper tools.But nobody turned up for the past 5 days.Whatever Disturbed Signal Coming Also stopped coming and my family's ONAM PROGRAMME is BLACKOUTED.
