District & Book My Show App — Not cancelling my ticket and not giving back my promised money

Hi add booked 1 ticket for a movie name "Coolie" in book my show app and parallelly booked 2 tickets using district app and both this app had the option to cancel ticket and now when i wanted to cancel the ticket they are cancelling though i have more than 24 hours time gap, i am attaching the ticket copy of both, and i tried doing to chat with book my show agent but they are not responding but i did a chat with district app agent, i am attaching the screen shot
