We purchased for government hospital rajamhundry ap 533101 the above said camera (Nikon coolpix a100 camera red sr no[protected] gb card) on 18/03/2017. From raj photo emporium 32/1/49, bafna mansion k. V. R. Swamy road rajahmundry bill no 4678 dated 18/03/2017.
We are facing a complaint of the lens shutter is not opening for the past 45 days. We have given the camera to the raj photo emporium. He sent to hyderabad and it has taken 1 month. Now he is telling that camera has fallen on the floor. But surprisingly there is not even single scratch on the camera. We feel that he is not doing the proper work and avoiding the responsibility of warranty. And not doing in the service. So kindly advice.
