I am writing regarding my two prepaid orders:

Order #106977 – ₹178
Order #107003 – ₹89

Both orders were placed and paid for on 6 September 2026. The order confirmations clearly state that prepaid orders are shipped within 1 day.

However, as of 13 September 2026, neither order has been shipped, and I have not received any tracking information or proper update regarding either order.

I also contacted you by email on 12 September 2026 asking when I would receive my orders, but I have not received a satisfactory response.

I am therefore requesting an immediate cancellation of both orders and a FULL REFUND of ₹267 to the original payment method.
