I had taken your annual scheme 5/sep/2017 as per scheme year complete by 31/aug/2018, them why you're associate person came to inform that scheme was completed by july2018. I have your receipt with there was mentioned by your employer that the scheme will complete by 31/aug/2018.
I request that you please look into the matter. And reply with proper solutio.
