I had booked a newspaper subscription on 31 May. At the time of booking, I was informed that newspaper delivery would start 1st june and that a complimentary gift would also be provided.

While I have received the gift yesterday, I have still not received the newspaper. Today is the second day, and the newspaper delivery has not yet started.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange for immediate newspaper delivery. Please also inform me about the reason for the delay.
