regarding delivery of newspaper

Sir i am regular customer of divya bhaskar presently i have facing problem related to delivery of news paper, yesterday i have not received my news paper so i have called to feriya (Delivery boy) and said same, this type problem occurred 3/4 time s in last 3 months but next day i have received previous day news paper so it is okay but this time they told that me apko kal se news paper nahi duga, hamara office and residence ke two news paper ate hai, residence ka toh 12montha ka lawajam pay kiya huva hai and office ka 31st july ko khatam huva hai, we have to divyabhaskar agent they told in november 12month scheme will launch so tu ye 3 months monthly payment kar ke lo, we are continuing through monthly payment, now they told that i am the baap of divyabhaskar if i want then i give and if i dont want then i will give delivery of news paper.. So please respond my tweet and take necessary against him,,

I shila r. Wadhwani i'm your customer since 4year from kutch bhuj city state gujarat, with reference to above sub. I had taken your annual scheme 5/sep/2017 as per scheme year complete by 31/aug/2018, them why you're associate person came to inform that scheme was completed by july2018. I have your receipt with there was mentioned by your employer that the scheme will complete by 31/aug/2018.
I request that you please look into the matter. And reply with proper solutio.

paytm and uber eats

I have ordered on uber eats on 15/7/18, but not full fill, eventhoug paytm has paid rs 228 without my permission on 23/7/18 (After week), i have complained to both nobody reply or return money

Very useless, and bad staff and higher lavel executives of divya bhaskar - ahmedabad, already told 25 tymes for start news paper, already paid advance bfr 2 month till now got a single responce frm tht side, very very bad service frm tht side, their executive 1) sunil gupta - [protected] - called 10 tymes for start news paper, not started till now, nd he ignore my calls, nt didnt replied properly, very bad staff, bad service of a reputed company, there is a shamful thing for divya bhaskar.. Very very shamful thing

Dear consumer grievance forum,
I have booked dna news paper through an authorized representative of divya bhaskar mr. Ashwin (Mob no [protected]) before 15 days. The said executive came to my home and offered a pre-paid discounted subscription of dna news paper. I have paid him inr 500 immediately and in turn he issued a monthly coupen booklet stating the news paper circulation shall be resumed from tomorrow onwards. Knowing the news paper is not coming since 2/3 days, i have called him up and asked to resume asap.. However after 15 days the circulation has not been started.

Fake advertising

There are many fake advertisements in the news papers regarding finance companies for personal loans by interest of 2% as I contacted them for emergency they just aside for file charges nd different different charges and I deposited again they asked for differ charge I said I don't want loan refund my money they answered no they won't and I again call them they just use to switch off their phones total charges nd all paid by me was 90000rs I request u to take a proper action against ths kind off adds I connected 2 companies Jeevan jyoti finance from Jaipur and Mahindra finance from Delhi ths are there numbers +[protected] +[protected],

I have not posted any advertisement or propaganda about anything but still I am receiving calls on my mobile since morning asking about the details of an advertisement which I have not posted. I have already informed the newspaper about the same but to keep a record of this incident I am describing here.
Resolution: Confirm number from advertiser and remove my number from the advertisement because I have to receive unknown calls in my working hours, it is hampering my work.

Post 15 days, I am forced to compliant the same over the web for taking the necessary action..either to refund the money back or to resume the service in next 2 days.

the representative of our DB new paper visited my residence and offered a scheme and i changed my new paper and accepted the offer before a week. i accepted the offer and paid the sum and alloted the order booking and cashback coupon booklet, i already offered to change the newspaper from the first november.
on first november the old news paper continued i called to umeshbhai [protected] and he wrote my number of booklet 544255 for doing the needful.
today i also got the old new paper ... what to do ?????
is there no any arrangement made for this procedure now offering by your any of the department of such a large media.
what should i expect from you ????????????
