[Resolved]  Divya Overseas Jalandhar — Immigration Fraud (Money taken in advance but fail to deliver commitment in last four month)

I (Kamlesh Pandey) was gone to Mr.Vishal ([protected]) & Miss Dolly ([protected]) their office with my brother in law last October 2016 for overseas recruitment inquiry against paper aid given by them and then they told me that we have vacancy in hotel industries in HONG KONG where you will get 90000 Inr to 100000 Inr monthly salaries (including food & accommodation) in Political Stay Visa. When I asked them about procedure and total expenses they told me that it will cost you total 4, 50, 000/- Inr, we will send you to CHINA on Tourist Visa and when you will reached there our agent will come to you and he will took your passport and will take Political Stay Visa stamp of HONGKONG on same day then after he will take you to HONGKONG. After reaching there he will provide job and accommodation within one week, when I asked about procedure timings he told me that it will take 15 to 20 days to get your tourist visa of CHINA. On 28th November I came to them on their urgent call, they told me that you need to go to New Delhi tonight and tomorrow morning Mr.Vishal will come to you with other guys and we will fly you all to CHINA, I waited for them in New Delhi, but Mr.Vishal came with other guys after 4 days and they fly us all after another 2 days to China, We were total 3+1 Person (3 from Vishal & one from another agent) plus one Agent, {There I came to know that we need to spend one month in REFUGEE CAMP in HONGKONG for political stay visa then after we can work there but we can’t find a job in Hotel Industries we need to do labor work on daily basis} I was shocked, disappointed and feeling cheated then I asked to Vishal about, he told me that you need to trust on his word, it is his responsibility so don’t panic, I said ok I trust on you but if I will not get job there in hotel I will come back then he says no problem, we waited there around one month but nothing happened and in between there agent also goes back to India leaving us alone there in CHINA due to some money dispute with Mr.Vishal and one person from us (Manpreet from Vishal side) also go back to India on his own ticket after getting harassment, we were feeling trapped there but still we were hopeful that everything will be fine behalf of Vishal and Dolly conversation, after around one month Mr.Vishal came to us with another agent Mr.Amardeep, he told us that he is our new agent and he will send us there in HONGKONG, again we have a new hope for us (In between one more guy from us (Mahaveer From Another Agent) goes back to India, now we were only 2 Guys remaining there) but after two days with them they told us that it is not possible to take you there in HONGKONG due to some reason but we can send you in GEORGIA within ten days, I asked him about my salary and job nature in GEORGIA then he told me that salary will be little less but still you can get 60000 INR to 65000 INR in Hotel Industry, we were very disappointed but we got ready for that because we want to work in abroad then they take us to THAILAND but after around 5 days Mr.Amardeep goes back to India and after 3 days Mr.Vishal told us that he need to arrange money for us so he need to go back to India too and he also goes back to India, we waited there around ten day in THAILAND but here we came to know that again Mr.Vishal has a dispute of money with Mr.Amardeep and he don’t want to send us to GEORGIA, We were really hurt and disappointed now but when we talk to Mr.Vishal & Miss Divya regarding they told us that you don’t need to worry about it is our responsibility to take you there in GEORGIA now we arrange a new agent Mr.Mavi (Bobby) and he will arrange your visa of GEORGIA, Miss Divya told us that her brother is a resident there in GEORGIA he will take care of you in there and then they bring us there in KOLKATA coz according them it was not possible to fly to GEORGIA from THAILAND on visit visa, In KOLKATA we waited for around one month for our GEORGIAN visa then they told us that you come here in NEW DELHI coz your flight will be from here only and your visa has came then we came here in NEW DELHI. Then they told us that we need another visa of ARMENIA to go GEORGIA, again we waited for around one month for our ARMENIA visa finally our visa has came but again they have money dispute with new agent Mr.Mavi (Bobby), We tried hard to solve this dispute coz after all we were suffering only with their behavior but finally we lose our hope now coz we realize that they actually don’t want to send us and they are only playing with us because if they really care about our self they should understand our situation.
So now it is around 4 month to come from 28th November 2016 to now. We suffer a lot in between like we were not able to sleep and think properly even we were not able to talk with our family properly coz we lose our confident during this harsh time because of their false commitment and wrong information

We want to bring into your kind attention that we lose our mental and fiscal health from their irresponsible and greedy behavior which is a big lose to us including our money lose which we gives to them or spend in-between this all process, our family also suffer between this process and long time, I also want to bring into your kind notice that before this I was working in Dubai and earning 50000 INR per month so in this 4 month I losses around 200000 which I can earn in this period which is also a big loss to me and my family, I sell my land on their commitment but what I get at last NOTHING even I was not able to send money to my family for daily use coz they are totally dependent on my earning my son is studying in hostel I was not able to send his fees also and my family suffer a lot in this tough period.
So it is our humble request to you that kindly look into this serious matter and provides justice to us with our loss and compensation including mental & fiscal health loss, We also need our PASSPORT back which is deposit with Mr.Mavi (Bobby) by them.
