Complaint regarding the non-delivery of my Dizo earphones (neck band), which were submitted for service at the F1 Info Services Center in April 2023. Despite the significant passage of time, I have yet to receive the replacement product, and there has been no response or update from either the service center or Dizo.

I have made several attempts to contact both F1 Info Services and Dizo, but I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service.
As per the service terms, I was expecting my product within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT), but there has been no follow-up, and no delivery has been made as of now.
Therefore, I am requesting the following:
Immediate delivery of the replacement product or confirmation of an estimated timeline for the delivery.
Clarification on the status of my case and the reason for the delay.
Escalation process details or an alternative point of contact to resolve this issue promptly.
If I do not receive a resolution or response within the next 7 days, I will be forced to escalate this issue further, including filing a complaint with consumer protection authorities and considering legal action.
I look forward to a prompt resolution to this matter.
