Complaint regarding the non-delivery of my Dizo earphones (neck band), which were submitted for service at the F1 Info Services Center in April 2023. Despite the significant passage of time, I have yet to receive the replacement product, and there has been no response or update from either the service center or Dizo.

On 09/11/22, my dizo sports watch 2 not working. so that i had gone to Muzaffarpur service centre and submit the watch. They told me it's take 7-8 days to get the replace watch because watch was in warranty .But till date 02/01/23, i didn't get the watch even they don't know when i get It. Please help me to getting the watch as soon as possible......
