Address: U 35 sector 24 Gurgaon Phase 3 metry

Near dlf please 3 in u 35., there are lots of garbage scattered around here and there and enamating dirty smell from it. Flyies and mosquitos are entering to rooms which may cause serious illness. Please get the dirt clean as earliest. I have pics but unable to upload due to files are size in large. We have two months kid at home and need to keep clean around our society. Please look into this and get back arrangements for cleaning.

    Reference mentioned subject, team members and staff of DLF is intentionally creating a sanitary landfill unloading truck loads of muck every day for the last 7 days
    It is beyond comprehension that in Covid 19 lockdown, someone can be this callous and creating another disease spreading landfill with the residential precinct

      The first owner of the apartment was allowed conveyance deed without clearance of ibms charges. After the property was sold to the 2nd buyer and the registration was completed, immediately a demand for ibms charges was forced onto the 2nd buyer.
      The 2nd buyer is being pressurized to pay the ibms charges and not allowed mutation.
      The ibms should be collected from the 1st owner only.
      2nd owner should not be involved in this.
      Mutation of the flat should be done in name of 2nd owner.
      Quarterly interest of ibms should be adjust in the maintenance bill and the benefit should be passed on to the 2nd owner.

        Please help us with the garbage collection. No one is coming to pick the garbage since the lockdown. We can't keep collecting garbage for 3 weeks. The garbage has been collected in other areas like Sushant lok, but not here.

        Location: G block, DLF Phase 1

        Not come since 22nd March 2020 till date.

          illegal use of park

          Address: 122010

          Dear sir,

          In dlf phase three the park behind lane-46 is being missuses by local people, they are freely parking their cars, bikes and people living beside the park are dumping there waste material in the park side without any restriction.

          Please help and make all of this stop as this is not good for park, environment, and for the people living here.

          This is hight of insensitivity towards covid19 that dlf cyber city has. My office in is building no. 9 and due to business need we are working from dlf office. Though there are many offices are closed and basements parking are empty. Still we are asked to park our cars in general dlf paid parking as our companies allotted 5 parkings are full. This is height of insensitivity to the employees using dlf offices. I am going to report this complaint to haryana govt. Also as this is just not acceptable. The gaurd are arguing on same and asking us to park in generic parkings.

            Abhishek working with this organization promised me flat no b2/1219 forapprox rs fifty four lakh only. I paid all my amount in january 2019 now dlf is asking to pay about three lakh more they are saying abhishek has given you nothing in writing and he has left now you have to pay more as per company demand. And for your information he has given me in writing that maintenance will be charged at rs4/per sqft now dlf is saying that it will be charged 19/per sqft. I have paid all my amount as per commitment they all are mentally and physically harassing me. I am saying if you all are not agree with your employees commitment then return back my money with interest. I have paid by cheque rs5344059/ and rs 50347/ by way of tds total rs5394406/

              The roads have so many potholes it is difficult for a car to enter the area, there is so much trash nobody comes to clean the area only the garbage picker comes to pick it from the houses but there is so no one to clean the roads.

              Whenever it rains it becomes difficult to enter the area, the roads are full of water and one can't even make out where there is a pothole. So many accidents keeps happening but there is no one to look after this.

              When potholes becomes big they put sand and rocks to cover it which lasts for few days then again the same condition
              We need proper roads it feels like living in garbage request you to take it seriously

              In dlf phase 3 maintaineance work of Dlf is very poor on plots no 1to 3 V 26 road Dlf phase 3 there are shanties encroaching the land further it has become a source of garbage collection leading to be used for urinals and toilet for construction workers
              Dlf has not bothered to get the same cleaned up

                I have booked the flat on 25th oct 2019 and paid the application money of rs 5 lacs. On 21st dec - i informed that i want to cancel the booking but dlf keep insisting change the mind. I signed the builder buyers agreement on promise from vp sales that i would get full epr and based on that assurance only i signed the document. Now dlf crm team is refusing to pass on the benefit.
                This is not acceptable. I need solution. This is clear case on coercing the customer to sign the documents on false promise.

                  This is to bring your attention towards unauthorized dumping of garbage in our locality which may cause serious health problems to the people living in the vicinity. Request you to kindly take a prompt action on the same. Garbage dumping in this plot is happening since long & the person appointed by dlf to collect garbage does not collect it from that very plot as the owner is not present here to pay him for the services. This plot is right next to g-4/8, g block, dlf phase -1. Please look into the same & resolve it at the earliest.

                    I am working in dlf ramapuram, chennai. Yesterday my bike has been locked saying that i made wrong parking. So i was made to stand for 45 minutes without saying anything. After that they asked me to speak to a security officer named sadhanandha. He didn't heard what i said, he simply started saying that 'if you didn't pay the fine now i will complain to your company saying that you threatened my subordinates'. I felt completely annoyed by their behavior.

                      Hi

                      I have a 14 months old child whom i send in the day care in building 10c in cybercity - cyberhub area daily. When i drop my kid there, i have to go through the whole smoke area zone. My kid is getting cold/cough too often and one of the reasons doctors quote is bad air. The location of smoke zone bang opposite to this day care make me worry more.
                      My question is why the smoke zone has been built right in the center of all buildings? Is it to make sure whoever is taking a casual stroll inhales the smoke?
                      Don't you have any consideration for infants/toddlers who are going to this day care after inhaling all the passive smoke?

                        Hello,
                        My name is sirisha. I am from the usa that came to visit my aunt and grandma in your area. I have been visiting for about a week, and every day my cousins and i play table tennis and pool table in the mn club. However, we see a group of seniors that sit in the lounge all day. They bring snacks, drinks, games, etc. I am happy that the area is being used, however, this is unfair to other residents that would also like to use the lounge space. My aunt used to sit there in the morning but now she is not able to sit and read a magazine for simply 20 minutes. I would like to play games with other people in the community. After thinking about it, i have come up with an idea of a log in a sheet.in this sheet, there will be one-hour time slots from 5am-12pm. Residents will have to write their name on behalf of their group. Rules such as no more than 3-time slots per day shall be applied. People can come and handwrite their name. I will order 20 sheets from the usa for now, but the rest can be printed in bulk and alternated every day. I will provide a clipboard and pen for your use. With your help of this idea, i believe many others can make new friends within the space. I will soon be applying for college in the us and i can bring up how i changed something in my home country. Please let me know who i can talk to and execute this. Thank you again for your time and consideration.

                          Lifts often stop, leaving residents trapped. They also make noise and stop at non designated floors. We have lodged several complaints with the maintenance but no one pays heed. My family experienced a lift fault recently in our block in the primus, gurgaon. After being stuck for a while, the lift descended to floor below. Needless to say, everyone was terrified. We expect the management to take care of the maintenance. The residents are facing difficulties so kindly look into the matter and regulate proper maintenance in the building so everyone can be comfortable.
                          Lift maintenance crews must take each complaint seriously. If the root cause of problem had been looked into and rectified, this unfortunate incident could have been avoided.

                            I am living in dlf phase 3 u block, pink town house. Tree was chopped at u 18/12, but after cutting it, they left it to parking area and now they are not moving it from there.

                            Such a pathetic service of dlf maintenance. They charged for maintenance but services are worse and pathetic. And after complaining to their number, they are not taking any action.

                            Very bad experience.

                            As par law you can not closed any running road on the pretext of road making you have taken 3 days for this for only one small patch Dlf is responsible if you block ambulance service any fire tender this is dada giri of dlf people only cheaters dlf are

                              Dear sirs,
                              I had booked a two bedroom apartment (Dlf capital greens : phase ii) shivaji marg, moti nagar newdelhi with dlf home developers in 2010. After much delay of 8 years they finally offered a possession in july 2018 where by sending the final payment account by increase in area of 147 sq. Ft as well as other charges. As i requested them to come back in detail about the increase in area for which did not reply to me for almost 18 months. After much follow up they finally replied to my query in december 2019 and added cg condominium charges (Maintenance) too for those 18 months. After 3 months of back n forth the amount was finally settled and payment done in lieu of which they issued the final possession letter and no dues certificate in april 2019. But the day i had gone to take possession i was not handed over reason being the cg condominiums (Maintenance) for 18 months is pending. As i explained it to the handover team that the delay was due to pending issues at dlf end and after much back n forth it is already settled. I have submitted the final possession letter and no dues certificate issued by dlf home developers but they are still not handing over the possession till the dues are cleared. As i had explained and followed them through mails since last 3 months that all dues have been cleared and there si nothing pending.
                              I need your help to sort the matter with dlf and much delayed interest till date for not handing over the possession.

                                Area of plot booked = 267 sq yard
                                Made my booking in May 2012.

                                Delay period = Sep 2014 onwards

                                Here is the calculation towards penalty to be paid by DLF:

                                Penalty = * Rs 42/sq yard * Plot Area * Delay in number of months

                                Penalty to be paid by DLF at the time of possession = 42*267*55 = Rs 616, 770/-

                                DLF has blatantly retracted on its promise of timely delivery - and now doesn't want to pay any penalty.

                                DLF is passing the buck to the customer at two fronts:

                                a) charged interest for late payments of instalments asked
                                b) declining to award due penalties towards late delivery

                                DLF: What a shame!

We are owner of dlf flat gaf 074, we have been handed over flat key without proper finish for that we have made verbal & writing complaint since 2013, but our complaint has not attended even till today... To settle issue we visited dlf number of time but nothing has done.

                                  Even my one set of flat key is with dlf maintenance team
                                  We have completed the remaining work done at our cost and put flat on rental since 2017 october.
                                  We have not paid maintenance as dispute is going on with dlf these days maintenance team is disconnected electric supply number of time without intimation, when i called and e mail them to settle the issue they sent us bill with interest, when we asked my work is not done we paid our money to complete the remaining work how can they charge maintenance?
                                  I request you kindly look in to this matter urgently and help us to settle.

This scenario has causing this stretch of road to be safe haven for mischievous people.

                                      Dear dlf team,

                                      I am owner of plot in lane w12 in dlf phase 3, gurgaon. I want to bring your kind attention about issue of sewer line leak in front of my plot. This causes sewer water to leak in outside surrounding area causing very bad smell which no one can withstand. This is an open invitation to several diseases. Furthermore there is a sump-pump associated with same line adjancent to my plot which keeps propagating smell in surrounding area. See attached images and videos

                                      We checked with dlf team handling dlf-phase 3 issues, they are quite familiar about this long lasting issue and seems to be tired about resolving this many time but this is not getting solved permanently. They mentioned that issue due to no slope in sewer line of w12 and recommended laying of new sewer line in opposite direction from our property to moulsary avenue main sewer line to resolve this permanently. This will also remove dependency from a sump-pump which will solve foul smell issues permanently. New sewer line might require road level increase but this is very well feasible today as only one house will get negatively impacted is ready to agree to such a solution. With more houses coming in future, permanent resolution will become far more complicated. So my humble request to dlf is to act on this as soon as possible to resolve this permanently forever. Not able to solve this permanently can be a far bigger blot on dlf as a service provider.

                                      Please note that, we have paid all maintenance money to dlf on time and want to start construction as soon as possible. But it is very disappointing to see such a basic issue existing, spoiling dream of peaceful, healthy living. We could never ever dream about such issue in dlf property that too in the premium segment. I hope you all pay attention to this and understand how this can potentially impact brand value of dlf.
