Yes, We purchased 2 flats from Janapriya Metropolis, Motinagar, Erragadda.
in second floor and 3rd floor. Both the flats are leakage from the date of gruhapravesham. Not only ours there are near about 300 flats are under leakage out of 1400 flats. poor construction but took good amt. from us. & even 10 years of occupy, no Occupency Cert. given, No community hall & not provided any amenity so far....
