Dmart / Avenue Supermarts — contaminated kwality cream roll sold at dmart

I am raising a serious complaint against DMart and Kwality regarding a cream roll (Kwality Kreamy Magic) purchased from a DMart store, which was found to be visibly chewed by rats or insects.

This is a severe health and hygiene hazard. The cream roll had clear bite marks, indicating rodent contamination. I have photo proof of the same.

After reporting the issue to DMart's customer care, I was repeatedly given false assurances, and no real action or compensation has been taken. It appears they are delaying the matter intentionally and continuing to sell the same product.

This shows absolute negligence on the part of both DMart (as the retail handler) and Kwality (as the manufacturer).

I demand:
- A written explanation from DMart and Kwality
- Immediate withdrawal of this contaminated product batch from the market and Dmrt is still selling other products of kwality offline and online kwality Bread and all
- Appropriate compensation for endangering health and causing emotional distress

If this matter is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate it to FSSAI, the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, social media, and legal platforms.
