I Do not have a plan of purchasing my monthly groceries in Dindigul branch. I was traveling back after my personal work to Thanjavur, I'm a regular purchaser from Trichy store. I purchased for 4000 rupees and I spent 1.5 hours of time to collect all my requirements. During the billing time I asked them for an empty carton box for me to pack those things as it was an unplanned purchase.. store supervisor SURESH was totally careless and he told he will not provide an empty carton.. I told I have spent this much time in taking things.. I explained all my situation that I have come with my family and kids, that's why I looking for an empty carton to put those things. He refused and had no courtesy in helping me out.. he simply said you can take if you wish to or you can leave things here.. I'm totally frustrated after this situation. People at higher responsibility should have some courtesy in these situations. Was this information helpful? |
