I have received defective, used, sub par, inferior quality product from dmart, the product is havmor icecream tub 750ml, as soon as I opened it after delivery it was already less in quantity less than half filled and it seems that someone consumed it already before, this is really troublesome issue, very pathetic service from a company like dmart. I lodged online complaint regarding the same but while speaking with one of their representative, the person started talking to me arrogantly that they do not eat or consume product before delivery, the speaking tone of that person was not at all acceptable, this issue is not only regarding getting refund for it but this is a serious issue as it was a consumable product which can lead to further trouble.
