Hello Sir/ma'am,
This side Sagupta Nishad, asking for help from Concern department to help me out of this situation.
DMI Finance one agents threat me and asked me to settle the loan and given me offer but my CIBIL not updated even not receive any NOC yet.
Also, yesterday 17th September 2024, One female & one male agents came to my home at 8:20 PM.
Not even single reply from there side any update that they are visiting also not a single reply from more than a month.
Latest mail i mailed to the company on 3rd Sept 2024 but they are not responding any of my mail.
Month of March till now a day they are torturing me after taken the money not given any proof now again asking for money again this is worst company i have ever seen in my life.
I am living with my 1 year baby alone, my husband stay at office till 8 pm and they coming my house all the time asking for money which i have already given, if you not received the money asked your agent.
I dont want any threat call from your end and wa...n CIBIL.
(I had made a payment of Rs. 40000 on 12th August 2024 to DMI agent who came to my house with all my documents and taken money in cash from me and said your loan will be settle in CIBIL within 15 days and you will get the NOC/NDC letter on your register mail, also he taken sign on Closer Paper from me, where i checked my Loan Number / Name / Photo of mine.
Please help me in this situation from this Uneducated behaviour from this company DMI Finance.
They will never reply on emails even RBI Ombudsman Complaint registered but they always done fraud with me but this is i will not pay again, I dont know how the DMI Finance doing this please take action of this company and employee even the person known as DMI Finance manager threat me on call yesterday at 8:30 PM he dont have any manners how to speak with customer.
There customer service is not for solving problems, they are the one who create problems for there customers.
PLEASE TAKE MY COMPLAINT AND TAKE ACTION ON DMI FINANCE.
