I came across this website link while browsing on facebook and it caught my attention. the products and the variety including the range of the products were very good. quality according to the pictures provided on their website looked amazing. i orded 8 products from their website. total amount going upto more than 3000 rs. The order said 6-8 weeks. i was surprised about the delivery time that it mentioned it would take. while chatting with their executive on the website they said it comes from italy. so i said ok. but even after 6 weeks there was no update from their end. And I didn’t receive the products for almost more than 4 months. i asked them about the update on the order they said it has been stopped at the customs in italy. and they cant do anything about it. hence i asked them to cancel the order and process the refund. to which they agreed and sent emails back and forth on the same. I asked them to refund and still haven’t received anything from them its been 7 months now. The customer care no is bogus. Emails are bouncing back now. website is gone now. Pathetic. My 3000+ money is gone looks like. Fraud company. im surprised that how could they do such a thing... please help.
