I ordered a luggage set (3 piece trolley set) on 7th july, 2019 and on this some new website called dmire.com. Apparently this company doesn't accept cod so i had to pay online an amount of 2799 inr for the order. I got updates twice saying that the order is placed and the order is shipped after that i ahvent received any updates at all. Their website doesn't have any mode of communication. You can only chat with the online chat bot that gives you the same response all the time. Now they have also shutdown their website.
Their address on the website shows somewhere in plot no. 9, patparganj, delhi.
Its been 4 months and i don't have any updates and no hope of getting stuff back. Was this information helpful? |
